Un pequeño aeropuerto con un puñado de puertas, una cafetería, una tienda y una tienda de donas de franquicia. Fácil entrada y salida, aunque dependiendo de de dónde vengas, llegar al aeropuerto puede llevar algún tiempo, ya que en su mayoría son calles de superficie con semáforos.

A small airport with a a handful of gates, a café, a store and a franchise donut shop. Easy in and out, although depending on where you are coming from, getting to the airport can take some time as it is mostly surface streets with traffic lights.

Worst airport experience ive ever witnessed. One single tsa employee on duty with a full airport of people. Never waited so long in my life. Avoid at all costs. No air conditioning either. People missing flights left n right. What an absolute joke

PIE used to be an amazing airport. However, it has not kept pace with the growth in the number of flights by Allegiant. As a result, there is not enough long term parking close to the terminal, and economy parking requires you to take a shuttle to an offsite parking lot. They do not have enough shuttles to handle the number of passengers, so it takes far too long to get back and forth between the terminal and the parking lot. I will not be flying out of PIE again until they get their infrastructure problems handled.

Stayed here for a few hours for a flight layover. This airport was very clean and the employees and officers were very kind and helped us figure out where we were going so we didn't get lost. Everybody looked like they were enjoying their job and were very lively.
This airport has a few places where you can grab some food but if you need a meal you should probably get grubhub or something because those places are usually packed.
There is a kids play area next to the gates so while you are waiting for your flight to start boarding you can keep your children entertained very easily.
Overall a enjoyed this airport very much.

Had a short flight out of PIE last Saturday. It was an extremely busy day at the aiport. The staff was very efficient despite the crowds. They did an amazing job directing people to where they needed to be, quickly. TSA was pretty intense, but it kept the line going with no nonsense. Once through security, there’s a small area to wait for your flight. The store is self checkout and there’s a cute little Italian cafe. The WiFi was good. Overall I was impressed with their efficiency and happy with my experience here.

We went to the air port in St. Pete for the honor flights. They do these events once a quarter. The event was beautiful. They welcome home vets from a flight to DC and give them the homecoming that many didn’t get but deserve. The staff was wonderful and so were the volunteers. The parking was easy to figure out and the entire facility was clean and well maintained.

Every time we (my spouse and I) have had to fly out of St Petersburg, Allegiant has had a flight available at a reasonable price. Service was always good, and boarding was never an issue.

We flew in on an early Sunday morning and the tower staff was very helpful and friendly and were able to give us progressive ground instructions. The runways were great and while it is a very busy airport we were able to land easily and safely without feeling rushed. The airport is beautiful and very well lit and we would recommend this airport to anyone in the area. Upon take off they were able to initiate our VFR flight following for us and get us off the ground quickly.
