Wow! My experience with Alford Motors was beyond satisfactory. The salesman I had abruptly met and spoke with initially, Jake Smith or “Jake from Statefarm”, ended up being the salesman that helped me throughout the whole process. He couldn’t have done any better on finding me the perfect car for myself. Now, although it may have taken a long time to find me the right car, Jake never tired or gave up on his search. It was a seamless, comfortable, and this salesman in particular made sure the entire process was explained to me in great detail. Oh! And the way every member on the team worked together in unison! It was great! I don’t believe I ever had to wait too long on anything even. I wasn’t once left in the dark. From walking in expecting a tough process to walking out with a car I loved and the whole process being breezy. I will say I’m a happy camper.

I recently traded in my car and purchased a new 2025 Chevy Trax & Dustin King assisted me through the whole process, and even after! If I could rate Dustin alone I would give him 6/5 stars!!!! Love your dealership. Once you buy a vehicle you seem to become family. They are always taking care of me. If I need to run errands when my vehicle is being serviced they work diligently in trying to get me something to drive so I can take care of my business. The service manager Mr Wise listens to you and always has a solution. Between Ms Vicky and Mr Reese (I’m sorry I don’t know the others names) all you have to do is call. They can quickly get my vehicle in and service it or fix any issues that have come up. Also my salesman Mr Trotter is always on top of everything. He sees me come in and immediately comes to see what I’m there for and is willing to see where I am in finishing if it’s goiny to be awhile he gets with Mr Robinson to see if they can assist in getting me a vehicle or getting me completed quicker. There are times that a vehicle may not be available but I love the service and relationship they have developed with me and my family.
The service guys are as quick as they can be. They work quickly and are very professional. When it’s fixed ITS FIXED. Man those guys are great. I’ve had my vehicle washed there after service and man those guys make it look brand new. Wow they are on top of their game.
So you ask me to tell you about my experiences with your dealership. They are: Epic, Awesome, Quick, Thorough, Amazing, Family……
I could go on and on but there isn’t enough space. I definitely would recommend Alford Motors for their excellent salesmen/women. My favorite of course is Wayne then Mike. And I would also recommend them for their top notch maintenance team headed up by Leslie Wise. My favorite people to deal with is Mr Leslie, Ms Vicky, and especially Mr Reese.

Our family has bought two vehicles from the folks down at Alford Motors. Literally the single shining example of what a dealership should be. I've never seen a collective group of people like them, work in such a fluid and customer driven way. You will never find a better sales and service department anywhere near here. My husband and I purchased a truck from here last week. The entire process was seamless, from start to finish! We were there MAYBE an hour. Justin Brown was our salesman and I will be recommending everyone I know to him moving forward! We told him our budget and he didn’t show us a truck even a penny out of our price range. If I could I would leave zero stars. The owner is a schemer. Last week we had our 2007 Chevy Suburban towed to this dealership to get a quote on a repair. We were told the piston in cylinder one needed to be repaired. We decided to just sell it. We watched the guy in the service department call the owner and tell the owner. The owner said he was willing to buy it for $1000. The guy in the service department said the owner had already seen the SUV. My husband and I discussed it and asked to speak with the owner. The guy texted the owner my husband's my number. We never heard from the owner. We went back to the dealership three times last week and everyone refused to get us in touch with the owner. Finally, yesterday my husband spoke with the owner and the owner told him he'd only pay $500. We put almost $3000 into the truck. The only repair needed is the engine. So, this schemer is gonna replace it and resell it for a good $10k. Don't go to this dealership!!!!! Horrible service and even worse business.
