I was recommended Applecross Motor Company from a friend of mine 3 years ago. It is now my go to place for both my Discovery and my wife's Evoque.
Their customer service is second to none and I can't recommend them enough.
What has prompted my review now? Last week I was unaware I wore my rear break pads down to the metal. I needed my car for work and despite there being no diary space they fitted me in as they were aware of my personal predicament.
Customer service, outstanding and great price too. If you own a Land Rover or a Range Rover (or any other vehicle for that matter), you must check these guys out.
Thanks Again Applecross, you are indeed a credit to the trade.

Popped in to show the Mrs a Range Rover
As she wasn't sure what they looked like.
Salesman popped out and introduced himself and said im in the showroom If you need me, absolutely no pressure sales,
Took us for a test drive, and still no pressure sales.
Range Rover bought.
Car serviced and timing belt done wheels refurbished without even asking, total peace of mind.
Had the car 3 weeks and engine light came on, popped in to Applecross and straight away checked on the computer (sticky throttle body) was the problem, part ordered right away and fitted the next morning.
Everything for this company is absolutely no problem. Hence, they have a 4.9 review rating.
This car will get its towbar fitted at Applecross along with future services and MOT 'S best service I've ever had from any car dealer ?

Mercedes M Class. Andrew was so straightforward to deal with. I live almost 400 miles from their garage, so he described the car accurately and fairly and sent me videos. It gave me confidence to make the journey by train. He picked me up from the station, the car was exactly as described, and I made the purchase. Paperwork was ready and the car came with a comprehensive warranty. If they have my next car, I will make the journey again.

Myself and my Husband purchased a car from this garage around a month ago. I was a bit dubious going to an independent garage as I have always used the mainstream garages. We went with the intention just to have a look, however we were met with Andrew (I am sure that was his name.) He was so friendly without being pushy and totally put our minds at ease. He was so accommodating and took us out for a drive. Nothing was an issue for him. As a result we purchased the car. Our first high end car. Bought a car on line. Can't thank the guys enough for helping me through the process. They were so friendly, helpful and accommodating regarding the time we were able to collect the car. Their showroom is welcoming, with a range of cars that all looked immaculate. The car I bought was fabulous and competitively priced.. Exactly what I was looking for. It had just been mot,d and valeted with a 6 month warranty.
When looking for a car in the future I will definitely be visiting them first. Can't recommend this garage enough. It's so refreshing to be able to trust a car retailer.

Purchased a Jaguar Epace from Applecross Motors in November. It was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever had.
There was no hard sell when I went for a look, good trade in price for old car and when I picked new car up, Jon took ages to explain all workings of it.
Jon was quick in returning any email questions I had.

My husband and I recently bought an Audi Q3 Black Edition from Applecross and the service was exceptional from start to finish. No pushy sales tactics whatsoever - quite the opposite.

We initially dealt with Andrew, who had the patience of a Saint in the face of our endless questions. And then with John, who was just an absolute gentleman.

Very pleased with the presentation of the car on collection, and the process of buying was made effortless by the efficient service.

Would look forward to buying from Applecross in the future.

The best garage around.
Popped in to see a vw Touareg as we need a bigger car and wasn’t disappointed the car was absolutely immaculate. Salesman couldn’t have been nicer, very helpful. This is the best experience and service I have had from any garage no sales pressure and very accommodating. Collected the car fully valeted brakes done tyres were all new absolutely outstanding can’t see me going anywhere else in the future this is my first stop from now on. Excellent garage.
