Sales process was slow due to no fault of the dealer. I'd say as much as without Cara it would have been far worse as she was fantastic. However from that point I've become more and more disappointed with the service department to the point I don't think I'd have another vehicle from you. Its the old saying Sales sell the 1st and the service department sell the 2nd and 3rd....

Fabulous service, from the moment she called me after I enquired about the car she was super helpful and friendly.
