I was very impressed with everything about the Arnold Clark Showroom at Hillington, from the cheery ‘Welcome’ at Reception to finally driving away in my new car just over a week later. During my three visits the staff were always very friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Sam Robertson, the Product Consultant, who talked me through the different Clio models and advised me on the various options, in a way that was easy to understand. He was also great (and very patient!) at explaining the automatic transmission system to someone who had really only driven manual cars! Thanks also to Victory A. who stood in for Sam on the day that I collected my car and reminded me of all the many features of the new Clio Techno. Thanks, I’m delighted with my new car!

Took my daughter's car in to get a new key programmed. They have me a full breakfast and coffee while I waited. Also pointed out that she needed a new tyre, which we might have missed otherwise, but didn't try to force a sale on us either. Great service.
