I had a generally poor buying experience here and would not recommend this dealership. We made an appointment to test drive a vehicle only to find that there were no salespeople available at the time and ended up waiting over an hour to get service. When we finally were able to get a salesperson and purchase the vehicle, the experience was chaotic and took far longer than any recent car buying experience I’ve had. After paying cash for the vehicle, we came back to pick it up only to find a large scratch on the hood. Finally, they sent the title to the incorrect address and without a transfer signature which caused me to waste hours at the DMV.

Taylor was most helpful with genuine customer service at the check-in desk, and Audi’s Service Manager Chris was very respectful. My car was quickly serviced and I left with a cold Perrier water and treats for my dogs. A++

Contacted the dealership by phone regarding a used Jeep Cherokee they had listed and fortunately got Rob Stokvis. We set up a time for a test drive the following day and had a very good experience with a test drive. Rob was totally professional and spent several hours with us resulting in our purchasing the Jeep.

I had bought this vehicle from this dealership in 2021. A 2020 Audi Q8.
In the beginning of August I had to get my car towed there to get the starter and alternator replaced, due to a recall. Upon them having my car for 2 weeks, they drive it back to us and end up getting a rock hole in our newly bought (7/1/24) windshield. With a text that says to just send them the bill when we get it patched. On top of paying $3,553 to fix a water pump leak and coolant leak. It would have been more if I didn't deny the door latch they were wanting me to replace even tho it said it worked as functioned for $800! (Added screenshot) I get it back and immediately the next day it breaks down while I'm driving it! Had to get it towed back up there. They told me they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They had it the whole month of August. I just got it back on the 3rd of September. They had attempted to fill the windshield but of course it's still compromised.

They refuse to pay to replace my windshield. Photo attached to show I just had my windshield replaced before I had taken it to them.

There was no communication I had to pretty much call them 100 times to get any information out of them about what was going on with my vehicle. Also had no idea what they even "fixed" in my vehicle or that they were even dropping off my vehicle until the lady who was assigned to drop off my vehicle texted me she was on her way. $3,553 of repairs and still got back a broken vehicle.

I have recommended audi for the last 7 years but not anymore. This experience has ruined it for me.

Taylor in Service at Audi Glenwood Springs eased so much of my very big worries prior to taking my car with quite a bit of miles on it all the way to California and back the same day as I was squeezed in to get a big service! She kept me updated like a friend and eased my mind all day. I REALLY appreciate how she went above and beyond!

We had an excellent experience. Jerry Ruiz was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Before we left with a new Audi A4 Allroad Jerry set up everything so the MMI and Apple Car Play worked perfectly. No hassles at all.
