Total Waste of Time.
I recently enquired with this company’s subsidiary, car buyers.com.au to sell a surplus company vehicle. After the initial contact, I made it adamantly clear as to the bottom figure I would accept, the agent said they would only arrange an inspection based on me accepting that figure. We agreed o this figure, and 24 hours later the inspection was completed. Then I was rung with a substantially lower amount with no room to negotiate. These guys are as bad if not worse than a used car dealers.

Terrible ethic, contuinally parking cars in a residential apartment block carpark across from them blocking residents from leaving there home. Feel sorry for the customer cars that may potentially get damaged when they get driven into by residents trying to leave. Obtain your own parking and dont park on private property.

A big thank you to Steve and his team for my recent purchase of a 2014 Land Rover Discovery. It was the first time I have purchased a vehicle unseen from interstate but was comfortable with Steve’s professionalism and knowledge within the industry. The vehicle was perfect and as described by Steve. Had a minor issue with a semi flat tyre (May have been damaged in transport) on arrival which Steve immediately reimbursed me for so no problems there. I would recommend Steve and his business and won't hesitate to look them up again next time I am in-market for a vehicle.

I had a great experience with these guys. I'm not from Australia and not a car person, but I felt really at ease at this place. Johnny is very friendly, took his time to explain the car to me and went with me for a test drive. All my questions were answered, communication and service were great and also thanks for the nice tea guys! 😉

Thanks a lot to Johnny (Sales Manager) for a wonderful service. He was genuine and upfront regarding the Merc I was buying. He was definitely not a pushy salesman who just wanted to score a sale which made it easier to make a deal.
I'd strongly recommend AAS if you are in the market for a luxury car.
