OK, so I waited 2 months since I purchased my car here from Marcel.
His service level is very high. I found him to be very honest. He told me the issues he was aware of with my car but also set realistic expectations. We had a small snafu with the process, and I had to wait a couple of days. However, he solved the issue in the correct way so that I would not have a bigger issue later.
He even gave me a bonus gift and I really thought it was a nice touch!
At the end of the day, I was purchasing a car with a ton of miles on it. Thus, the affordable price tag! I wanted a car that I could just buy outright. No payments!
Since I purchased the car, I've had an issue with the AC due to the car sitting for so long. It was an easy and affordable fix at Audi. I also decided to take it back to Audi for the oil change. My mechanic said it's a good car, and the only thing to watch out for at this age is a suspension issue. He told me that if I maintain it often, I'll be able to drive it for years.
I also had to replace the two back tires due to normal wear.
None of this to me was really unexpected, as buying a used car comes with some risks. So far, I am loving my car.
The place isn't the fanciest and like a friend told me, it's a different way to buy a car but it's legit.
Based on my experience, I'll consider going to Marcel again when I need a new ride.

For now, I'm going to enjoy this beauty!

Tony and Chris were great. I love both of their personalities. They both welcomed my daughter and I with open arms. The truck that was sold to me by Tony is an awesome truck. I'm just waiting to hear back from Tony/Chris to get the spare tire for the truck. And yes I will recommend others to go to their place of business to go purchase a vehicle. They take your money and then start playing shady games. It's been 8 months now and I still don't have the title. It's been "next week" 5 months ago. EVERY word you hear is a lie. It's hard to believe you're not in a sitcom episode, you gotta see it to believe it. So I actually suggest everyone to go for the entertainment part. But fun eventually stops when you pay and don't get what you paid for and now I have to take legal action.

Chris and Tony were really friendly and went out of their way to offer a great deal. Although I did not end up getting a car from them, I have to give it to them for their service and enthusiasm. Also, I put down a deposit for them to hold a car for me and Chris promptly returned them on the same day I told them that I won’t be buying the car. Honest business and easy to communicate! If you need a used car, you will get your moneys worth.

I did not get a car in the end as I wanted to save up more for a newer model. If not, honestly would have likely bought from here.

If you're looking for a used but reliable vehicle but dont want to go through the hassels from pushy sales people come to Eagle Rock and check these folks out...they'll work with almost everyone under the sun regardless of your undesirable credit score...Just make sure you have a decent down payment, have a number in mind that you're comfortable making monthly payments on & never settle for just anything you'll qualify for. Be truthful & sincere and most definitely they'll work things out in your favor...Good luck & happy hunting! This will be the last place you'll go if you're actively hunting..
