Janky Car lot I got my car around tax time. I paid $2000 - $3000 down. They asked for my check stubs but they didn’t make my payments on the day I get paid. Told me if I wanted my payment to be on my payday. I need to pay extra 250$ to which to my payday. They don’t take credit cards,cash only or cashapp but if you send a cash app, you have to send an extra $10 with it. So you will not ever be able to ever make a payment over the phone. They threaten to repo my car for $80. They said if they repo my car it’s going to be 800$ plus my car payment. And on top of that, they wanted me to pay an extra $200 every time I was a day late on my car payment. But on July the 25th he told me I didn’t have to pay late fee. Just make sure I make my payment on time. We remind y’all they don’t have my payment set up with the day I get paid, its the day week after I get paid. He said just make your payment a week early. They repo my car for “ one payment Literally one payment,I promise”. So I called him and asked him why would they repo my car for one payment he talked about ‘NO BIGGIE’. You can get it back for $400 for the repo fee and 2 payments. Which that day that 2nd payment wasn’t due let. My next payment wasn’t due for next Three days and that’s the 2nd payment they talking about. And plus LATER FEE. So he text me talking about 400+2 payments + fees . Whiich I told him its only one car payment that due today. Why y’all saying 2 payments and that second one ain’t even came up due yet. So I called him like how much is the late fees. He said that he was gonna call me or text me and I never heard from them again. The day after they repo my car they never text me back after I asked them. how much was the late fees. Is very much give JANKY CAR LOT. It been 4 days, no response from Auto Bargains.
Please don’t get a car from here I promise you will regret it….. Giving 0 Stars
Because this is Fraudulent Practices And Misrepresentation. So just Know I Will Be Calling Oklahoma Bar Association on them.

This is a VERY LONG OVERDUE review. I was my father’s caretaker since he got dementia, so I didn’t have the mental power to write this. He passed and now I’m ready to let everyone know about my experience.

I bought a car from Daniel and his brother, October 2021. Once I handed them CASH, it was over.. it was like a switch flipped. No more smiles, no more jokes, no more making me feel welcome. They got what they wanted. I knew instantly I made a mistake.

-I was promised a warranty by Daniel, when I went back to pay for the car, his brother helped me. I told him I was promised a warranty and I wanted to make sure I got a copy of the paperwork before I paid for anything. He was pissed. I could see how mad he was getting by me insisting. He tried to tell me over and over I didn’t need the paper, they would take care of me. I knew better than to believe that. He finally told me what I wanted to hear and ACTED like he filled out the form and put it in my file. Stupid me didn’t look until I got home. No warranty paperwork.. He lied straight to my face. I called after I got home and he claimed he ALREADY mailed it in, within an hour, and that he couldn’t give me a copy bc they don’t keep any copies on the premises. Right.

-I was told the ac compressor was brand new, it’s not, and the ac worked great, it doesn’t. They checked it for me and said it was working perfect. No…

-When I drove it off the lot, I got a block away and had to turn around bc the check engine light came on. It had been in the shop getting the cat and O2 sensors replaced bc they had been stolen off the car at the lot. They said it must be a bad O2 sensor, to bring it back and they would swap it out, no big deal. I took it back 4 times. Every single time they would tell me, we didn’t have time, bring it back. So I took time off work to drive my car up there and paid to Uber back to work, then an Uber back up there for them to never once do anything. Never once getting a sincere apology, nothing. I was calm and patient every time. I understood how a shop can be. I’ve worked in automotive repair. I get it. But the next time I called, I spoke to the brother. I politely but firmly told him I have brought my car up there 4 times and this is getting ridiculous. I need my car fixed and I don’t want to bring it up there again and have to pick it up and it not even get looked at. He didn’t like that.. I don’t know if he confused me with someone else entirely or just flat out lied, again, bc he was mad I said I didn’t want to be put off anymore. He claimed I didn’t show up for my last appt and how I have wasted their time. I was in shock… instead of apologizing for wasting MY TIME, he flips it and says I’ve wasted their time and wouldn’t fix my car.

It’s now Jan 2024. They never fixed the check engine light. Never apologized for how he spoke to me. Never apologized for wasting my time. Never sent me the warranty paperwork he claims he mailed.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND WOULD NEVER GO BACK. Always go with your gut.. I wish I had..

I met with Dan and his staff they communicated well to explain the terms of purchasing a vehicle from the car lot,they even fixed the ac before we drove off the lot ? this was a success no games and no lies ?.

The car I drove handled great and looked pretty good. There was visible body damage that had been repaired. Not perfect, but OK. Be sure to do a carfax on any vehicle you buy so you know what you are getting. Rebuilt cars should be priced accordingly.

SCAM!! RUN RUN RUN. Sold me a very very unsafe car. Lied to me about the condition from the beginning. LITERALLY sold me a car with wires showing on the inner tires. Almost $1500 it cost me just to make what was promised a safe vehicle road ready. I would advise you go somewhere else. Very dishonest people.
