Forget what you think about "Used Car Salesmen". These folks treated me and my family with nothing but respect. They had no problem with me taking the car to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection (the mechanic said it was a good deal too). This inspection took longer than I thought it would, but the dealer was patient and understanding. They will work with you to ensure you get the right car for the right price. Would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a good used car.

Military Family taken advantage of. I’m unbelievably disappointed in how this whole situation is turning out. It’s 1 thing as a business owner you are trying to help, another when you block the customers number.

Bought a car and already a $1,000. In the hole and now broke down again. Possibly going to be another $800

Literally drove it off the lot 5 miles down the road and it broke down. Son hasn’t drove it since He owned it.

Military Family with a newborn baby. Unbelievable.

Made a purchase for a vehicle. I understand used vehicles come with inherent problems due to use and age. But when you buy a car and drive it has to be at least in drivable condition from a dealership. Saying working brakes and battery.
During the test drive battery was dead they replaced with a different one. Which died a few days after. But the worst part was the brake pads broke off on the highway. I had to engine brake to slow down and use the e-brake on stop lights. And was not provided with the correct wheel lock to remove the wheels. Overall the experience wasn't the best. Need improvements on what they sell.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Auto Expo! They are easy to deal with and even replaced the battery a day after the sale was completed even though they were under no obligation to do so!! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

These guys will lie through their teeth to try to make a sale. Stay away.

P.S. I see the owner responded that I never purchased anything from them. Well of course I didn't after we test-drove the car that had major issues and they kept lying about it. On top of that, the car was meant to be the first car for a girl, but that didn't seem to bother them.
