Okay first off let me say that he was a wonderful help towards my wife and I . He understood everything we were going through he helped with inspection also gave us a great deal on the new car we received . We bought a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox and everything was check the quality was great . They checked our oil it’s was a second chance he gave us . If you ever in life want a great car call them they are great . And oh yeah they also give you a great deal with a down payment it is a wonderful place to go . They said they’d give me a new battery but never did. They did an “inspection” and the car never went in for inspection. It’s been two days and my battery is dead and my brakes are out. They are refusing to answer texts or calls and I payed full price for the car they made a couple thousand off.

I've leased a vehicle once before and the experience left me traumatized enough to buy all my other vehicles cash.
However, a few months ago I didn't have enough to buy something cash and was shopping around in Pasadena and SoHo. Everywhere I went, the cars I found for the amount of money I had for a down payment were anything but nice. If the exterior wasn't messed up, the interior definitely was or upon test drive I knew it was garbage. I was headed elsewhere but something told me to stop at Automart. Thank God that I did!! As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by Isabel, found a beautiful car and almost 6 months later I've not had any problems! Any maintenance that I need I have taken my car to Louie, the owner, he's very trustworthy and isn't trying to get rich off of his costumers... How many auto dealers can you say that about?!
