I'm an impulsive buyer. I know what I want and when I see it is not hard to sell it to me. I found a 2011 Mini Cooper S at the Auto Ranch. Adam (I believe) rode with me on a test drive and I was sold.
(Have you ever driven a manual Mini Cooper S?)
DO IT!
While I could have found a better deal on the financing because my credit is spotless, overall this deal was fair. The car has average mileage on it and a few extras (lowering kit, race wheels, etc...) The last owner must have loved this car too.
After a few days the passenger side and 3rd brake light gave out. I brought the car in and Adam ordered a new part and had it installed as soon as it arrived.
I don't feel like anyone got the short stick here.
I got the best commuter car ever and they got my money.

Update

The Mini will be a gem. It appears as though Auto Ranch spent little time or effort in making the beastie worth the hours of work I'll have to spend to make it whole again. If you buy a car here be aware that little or no effort has been put into makeing it affordable or worth the monies you surrender for it. If you come home from Auto Ranch with something that is as right as this mini is for me be prepared to pay to make it whole...

EXTREMELY Happy with my car buying experience, after having it become stressful and a hassle due to awful car salesman I had encountered before I met Nico, he is the nicest guy, professional, easy going, not pushy, straightforward, kind, he made sure my mom and I understood what I was getting myself into 🙂 no gimmicks, no lies, negotiated the timing of my down payment, I truly felt like he actually cares about his costumers, not just selling vehicles, which is rare - I had been to many other dealers where salesman were jerks, was judged and belittled due to my credit which is not great. We are human and make mistakes. Who are we to judge?
In our business (my line of work) regardless of our CUSTOMER'S history we believe that everyone is to be treated with the utmost respect, even if unable to do business with them, there are polite ways to communicate this, no need to be rude or disrespectful. So, I got to a point were I was disheartened and disappointed prior to coming to Auto Ranch but Nico and Mr. Rudy were great, I got a great deal, very nice, clean car and the best I am riding on my way to redemption by making my first car payment on time! Can't wait to buy another car soon, yep, my mom and my son will be buying cars soon and I am definitely highly recommending AUTO RANCH to them and anyone else who is shopping for a car! 🙂

Decent place. I clearly realized that I over paid for a 2006 350z. It was clean title but not even a month of having it the radiator broke down and set me back $300 getting a new one and installing it. I contacted them and told me to take the car in but no way was I going to tow it 50 miles and get charged more then fixing it myself. Claims no warranty but by law you must get a 3 month warranty

This place is the biggest rip off and just filed a small claims lawsuit on them!! They stole my car out from under me after putting a huge down payment which was over 65% of what the car was sold and financed for and did me dirty. I will not disclose my evidence that I have against them but will say according to my attorney's advice, they have no defense, breach of contract and a few other things that will be mentioned in court!! I look forward to seeing how they will try and lie their way out of paying me back my whole down payment plus damages!! Will edit my post after judge makes their decision to protect anyone else out of being "hustled" out of their money and car!! See you in court Auto Ranch!!!

Unless you have a lot of time and money to waste this is a horrible place to buy a car anyone who says they had a good experience must live across the street. I can’t even explain all the drama between the guys fighting one another right in front of me to the lies I was told and damage on my vehicle. It wasn’t clean and it had dents scratches and more. Pleeaassee hear me clearly don’t hurt yourself there are better places with real comfortable experience this is not the place. Adam was my word Smith smh. Never again. I’ve had my car over a month and still don’t even have the plates!!!
