Am stabilit un test drive la telefon și când am ajuns la locație m au întâmpinat 2 angajați, o doamnă amabilă și un domn lipsit de chef. Domnul în cauză mi-a descuiat mașina pentru care venisem și 5 minute cat m am uitat la mașină dansul nu a spus absolut nimic, iar când l am întrebat câte ceva despre aceasta el era complet pe lângă, neștiind absolut nimic despre ce vinde. Apoi l am rugat să facem test drive ul care mi s a promis la telefon (altfel nici nu băteam drumul până în Băneasa), la care îmi zice ca nu este posibil niciun test drive. După ce i am spus ca domnul cu care am vorbit la telefon m a chemat mai târziu decât aș fi vrut eu să merg, din cauza ca au spălat mașinile și aveau alte vizite programate, și mi-a spus ca se poate face “un mic test drive”, acesta a ridicat din umeri adăugând ca eu probabil am vorbit cu directorul la telefon și să discut cu el detalii referitoare la test drive ul cerut. L am rugat frumos să ia legătura cu așa zisul director pentru ca eram interesat de mașină și nu mă pot gândi la achiziție fără să văd cum merge, răspunsul lui fiind ca “nu se poate”. În momentul acela le am dat la revedere celor doi și pe drum spre mașina mea am sunat din nou persoana cu care vorbisem în dimineața respectivă, bineînțeles fără niciun răspuns.
Nu recomand, mi-am pierdut timpul cu ei și sunt foarte neserioși, una zice cel de la telefon, angajații nu sunt informați și pare să le fie frică să vorbească cu acest “domn director”. Lipsa de profesionalism este frumos spus la ce am văzut și cum m am simțit la acest dealer auto.

I had a more than unpleasant experience with this Romanian car "dealer".

After I have agreed with Nick, the owner of Automobile Baneasa, on the price for a Cayman GTS, I went to Bucharest on his invitation to see the car.

I had to choose between this car and one in Germany. After I have seen the car, it seemed OK and Nick gave a good impression about Automotive Baneasa. I went with the car to the Porsche Dealer in Bucharest to check it and to extend the warranty with 2 years. I have waited there more than 3-4 hours till the guys finished their work and after I have payed the evaluation of the car.

We went back to Automotive Baneasa Showroom, gave him my ID for the sale documents and he told me that he will call me in 2 hours for further details regarding the payment.

After 4 days and no call, I called him (no answer and called back more then 7 hours later) and he started to telling me that "the situation is complicated". Suddenly the previous owner dosen't wan't to sell the car anymore (Until then he told me that the car was still registered on the previous owners name but that it's Automotive Baneasa possession, as he gave the previous owner a Macan for the Cayman GTS a while ago). Nick tells me that the PRICE IS BIGGER NOW with a few thousands Euro if I still want to buy it, because summer will follow and prices will rise. He said that this request was made by the previous owner but I really don't believe it as Nick gave me also before the feeling the there is something suspicious with this transaction.

My biggest disappointment was that I lost the 2nd car in Germany in the time Nick told me about the "new problem" and I waited for the solution. Also I wasted 1 complete day on the road to Bucharest and the waiting at the Porsche dealer. also had paid for the car's inspection...

I'm very frustrated as I have lost the other car in Germany because I have trusted Nick and Automotive Baneasa. I would never recommend this Romanian car seller. (I can't name him a dealer).

PS. Now, 3 weeks later and the cars is still for sale, of course for a higher price 🙂

Alti plictisiti, ne-au inchis usa in nas si s-au intor cu spatele in interior desi au vazut ca veneam spre usa. Politicos ar fi fost sa iasa si sa spuna ne pare rau, noi tocmai am terminat programul, va asteptam cu placere maine sau oricand intre orele X si Y. Doar nu cred ca am cerut prea mult, nu? Asa au pierdut si client - am cumparat masina din alta parte - si am avut si o impresie proasta despre ei. Nu stiu de ce ii tin acolo.

I live in France and I ordered a Porsche Cayenne from Automotive Baneasa, the car is perfect, exactly as described, they took care of the delivery and I received the car very quickly. This is a serious company that I recommend !
