Everyone from Amir to Mohammed and even Joseph were very friendly, professional and honest about the experience I would have with the vehicle and why it was a great deal for me. They made sure I didn't need anything and that all my questions were answered in a timely manner. They are the best trio of individuals you could work with; considering I really value customer service. They even took the time to walk me through features, setup and made sure I was good to go before driving off the lot. I would definitely recommend future family and friends to this dealership.

AutoNation Ford Torrance delivered honest and professional service. My key fobs weren't working so I went to the Ford dealership because nobody could figure it out including locksmiths. I went to Ford AutoNation and met Katherine who is a stellar customer service technician. She quickly hooked me up with an appointment to bring my car in. I was told I needed a new transceiver which is the part that recognizes the key fobs and that that was why my key fobs were not working. It is a bit of an expensive fix. But I was willing to pay it. After bringing the car in and having a mechanic take a look at it again, I was told that it was not a non-functioning transceiver but just a loose connection. That is the great thing about taking your car to a dealership. A normal mechanic shop may still charge you for the transceiver even after finding out it was just a loose connection. But AutoNation Ford Torrance did not. That saved me over $200 and I'm so thankful that Katherine and Ford AutoNation Torrance mechanics were honest enough to let me know it was just a loose connection. That allowed me to use the money I saved to go ahead and buy a new key fob and get it programmed. They have a good sales team also. I took a look at the new Bronco which is Superior! and the Bronco Raptor which looks just as good in person as it does in the reviews which is Amazing! as well as their F-150s. which in my opinion is the best truck in it's class! As an addendum I went back again to pick up a part for my car and a young sales associate named Kevin was the only one that actually came out to me while I was walking around both times that I went there and shook my hand. He is very friendly so when I buy a car from here I will seek him out because of his great attitude!

Unbelievably embarrassing polluting my own home town of Torrance, AutoNation Ford, has done nothing and blaming me as the responsible party, four there, malfunctioning manufactured engines from their facility, and knowing the problem and still installing dangerous engines the whole complete engine and had the nerve to ask me to pay for their mistake of $10,000. I refused it’s now nine months. Shame on you Ford Motor Co.Recall Center

And my vehicle is still on lot never to be seen again find me the owner and insurance to deal with and financial institute where my payments go and credit score took a very big hit

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I knew I wanted to trade in for a newer used car but wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted. The first time in I test drove a vehicle that I really enjoyed but wasn’t quite right for my needs. My sales associate, Angelo, was very knowledgeable about the car, other cars I was interested in, and was honest when it came to talking numbers. They did not beat around the bush or have any hidden fees. I even got a trade in estimate for my vehicle just by running the CARFAX (as I was driving my wife’s car that day). Ultimately, I was just beginning my search and did not get the car.

The following weekend I stopped by the dealership to get my vehicle appraised in person. I had no intention of buying a car from this dealer due to their available vehicles I was aware of. While my car was being appraised Angelo sat down and asked what other cars I was looking into. He was able to search other AutoNation dealers in the area for something that might work. After about 30 min of researching we found one that I thought I would like. He picked up the car and after test driving this other one, I was sold.

The initial trade in value came back a little lower than I was wanting, but higher than some other low balls I received from other places. Luckily I did have a higher all cash offer from a nearby dealership that they matched to keep things as simple as possible for me. Pricing was fair and clear.

Marcus from financing was friendly and fast! After explaining all the optional protection plans I ultimately decided to just purchase the maintenance package and he respected my answer and continued on. No having to go back and forth saying “no” 100 times like other dealers I’ve dealt with.

Overall I am beyond impressed by this dealership. Would highly recommend going here for anyone looking for new or used cars!

Sometimes something as simple as an oil change isn’t that simple. This is my parent’s car that I brought in for service today. My dad is currently in ICU due to an emergency surgery our family never saw coming. I went to put gas in my mom’s car and asked how long this light has been on she said for a while. So I called and made the appointment and brought it in. The service advisor was at lunch as humans need and I had been waiting a good amount of time when someone brought me to Jack Salmon. Who asked me what I needed. I said just an oil change for my mom because she needs this car to get back and forth to the hospital. He had no idea before I got there the phone call I had with my mom wasn’t great about my dad. He asked about my dad and I flooded into tears. His sincere care and compassion and kindness is something I personally will remember for a really long time. He made this visit easy for the next visit when I need to deal with this car. He treated me like a friend he’d known for years and I’m just some lady off the street. When I came back to pick up the car he asked if there was any updates on my dad.
You can not find that type of kindness in the world today with strangers and he made my bleak day brighter by being efficient at his job and taking care of me his customer and showing compassion and care for me as a person.
I really hope this goes to his upper management because the type of customer service he provided for my mental health was beyond what I expected.

My experience at Auto Nation Ford was more than I expected. Joseph was very helpful in every way possible. He was helpful in gathering information on the lease I was currently in and how to go about selling it. He went above and beyond to help me purchase my first Ford Bronco Sport 2024. He took the time to explain all the features and detail of the vehicle before driving away.
I also met with Magdy whom took another part of our sale. Both of their professionalism was superb. It made my husband and I very confortable during the process.

My experience at Auto Nation Torrance was outstanding. I ordered a 2 door Bronco Heritage and added a few accessories. They were honest about the wait time for a special order Bronco as the wait time can be lengthy for the factory to get it built. My Auto Nation Torrance salesman Joseph sent me updates on its production.
Once it arrived, we went to pick it up and had a test drive and introduction to the Bronco. We drove away in the Bronco and it was a very good buying experience.
