I will never go anywhere else ever again! If you want an honest, trustworthy, fair, and kind mechanic, this is where you have to go. I have bought several cars from auto polo & so have my family & friends, and we always have a fantastic experience. They provide fast and amazing service, I am always satisfied. I have been coming here since 2021, and will never go anywhere else.

- Bought a 2006 Honda Odyssey with 150k km in July 2023 for $7k. Didn't haggle the price because this was a fair price for the vehicle (so I thought).
- When we went for the test drive no garage license plate was given so I didn't take it on the highway.
- After purchase and getting up to around 100km/h noticed there was a considerable jerk from time to time.
- Took it to another garage where they said it was the transmission and put some gel in the transmission to help, it did a little bit.
- The day I was going to get it checked by autopolo to see what they thought about the jerking, got a flashing check engine (major misfire). I drove it to their shop where they changed the coil pack and 3 spark plugs for free- thanks! (had driven maybe 300km since time of purchase and I changed the other 3 myself).
- Took the van in to autopolo another time to get the jerking checked and they said they had many mechanics look at it, none of them thought it was the transmission maybe an engine/transmission mount (problem still persisted).
- Engine coolant temperature sensor code around 600km from time of purchase.
- Exhaust leaks (resonator and front pipe) fixed around 5000km from time of purchase (I had mentioned the sound to autopolo back when the jerking was there but it was never addressed)
- Misfire on 2 other cylinders, coil packs replaced (7000km since purchase)
- Find out there's a blown head gasket (7000km since purchase)

I understand this is the used car market and some people have better luck than others. On a Honda Odyssey with 150k km this is not normal. Either the kilometers of the vehicle have been played with in the past (not accusing autopolo), there was never any maintenance done on the van or this van was a real lemon. I found out later they had bought this van from an auction. I would've returned it right then and there but they didn't want it back. It wasn't even a question of how much I would sell it to them for or how much they could resell it for to make more money (if it was a good product and they wanted to make more money they could've sold it for more). They offered a trade in but had no other cars available and would keep their eyes open for something else (never heard anything)

Key takeaways:
1. Have a temporary license plate put on the used vehicle and go on the highway
2. Find out where the car came from, be very VERY careful with cars that come from auction. Often times cars go to auction to "clear their past" (VGA-vehicule gravement accidenté, Stolen, lemons, odometers that are turned back)
3. It's too bad because they were really nice and easy to get along with until I wanted to sell the car back to them.

I bought a car from them which I paid a little bit more than what was available in the used car market back then. The reason I went with it was because I felt I had peace of mind with them offering 6 months of warranty for engine and transmission.

Less than two months of driving and the muffler fell, causing the car to become exceptionally loud.

I called them back hoping they could do something about it since it's been less than two months, but of course, they say they can't do anything about it because this problem is not covered by their warranty.

Ok, fair enough. Then I'll just write this review telling people that if you buy your car here, it might risk breaking down within two months and the warranty they give might not mean much since so many car parts other than the engine and transmission can go wrong... Maybe you should just buy a certified pre-owned car from a major car dealership to get real peace of mind.
