I would give less stars if I could. We've purchased 2 vehicles through this place. The first one had an obvious cabin issue so I asked about any damages that might have happened to it. He informed me that it had been in an accident but ran and drove just fine. He stated that every vehicle on their lot has had some kind of damage and been repaired. We purchased the car, paid it off. Then 2 months later a heavy limb fell on the car essentially totalling it out. As I read in other reviews, you fall one day behind and they start calling. My wife would tell me stories about how the female that called would basically berate her and make her feel bad for simply falling a day or 2 behind.
Fine, whatever.
With the insurance money we got for the first car, she decided to go back to them and see what else they had. We found one that she fell in love with. I asked the "gentleman" about any previous damages to the vehicle. He informed me that the drivers side mirror had been knocked off and was since repaired. The car ran and drove absolutely wonderfully.
We decided to upgrade my wife's vehicle and trade it in to a dealer. The dealer gave us a quote and worked out a deal for us. We came to do the trade a couple of days later and the salesman informed me and showed me the Carfax. Turns out the second vehicle we purchased had been considered a total loss back in 2018. It's since then been rebuilt and would have been a salvage title once repaired.
Thankfully, the dealer honored their quote and still took in the trade. I hope this little review helps someone decide against doing business here or at least getting a Carfax yourself about any vehicle you might be interested in. If they produce one, ask for the entire report because sometimes the information you really need gets pushed onto page 2 or further.

I had a great experience at Autovana! The staff is very friendly and are so good with communicating with you. The process of getting my vehicle was very easy and seamless. They are very open and honest about their vehicles and the condition. The vehicles there are nice with good mileage for the price. I recently paid off my car and was handed the title right then and there. I would recommend anyone who’s looking to purchase a vehicle here. My experience was definitely a 10/10.

If i could give zero stars i would! this is a horrible buy here pay here dealership. Don’t let the good reviews fool you, i watched them tell people because they’re a new business to give them a great review.. if it wasn’t for one of their customers showing me footage of them lying and putting fraudulent information on their paperwork then they would’ve gotten me. He showed me all of the phone calls and texts harassing him for being only 3 days late on a payment. And he showed me where the owner/ sales person AAMIR was talking crazy through texts about them repossessing his car because he was late 3 days. ( Also the number matched his cash app showing it was him texting him )When he said something about it being the first time he said he didn’t care and went ahead and said he was going to call the finance company and tell them to default on his contract! They will say all these things about finance company but will tell you that you can’t talk to them and refuse to give you their number! BUYERS BEWARE this company is a SCAM! They will also charge you a finance fee on your car but in your paperwork they’ll put the fine fee is 0 % and that they’ll add it to the sale price of your car! Everyone be careful he showed me all of the texts emails and video of this establishment!

Waited 6 months to write this review since I wanted to see how this company would treat me. I had a couple of minor issues on the vehicle which they took care of very fast. I also requested an extension twice and they worked eith me. So far so good ... I'm extremely satisfied with my car and the way they work. I purchased a 2017 chevy impala.

Marie was very welcoming, was very detailed on informative about the vehicles. The process was very fast and easy! Marie was also very nice enough to drop off my vehicle to my home!!! Her and her partner gave us an outstanding service, even gave my kids gatorades due to the weather being extremely hot. I’ll be coming back for my next vehicle for sure! Thank you.

Amiir was great! I was able to finance a vehicle here. The process was seamless and very thorough. We went over every detail and Amiir made sure I was confident in my purchase and there was no grey areas.

There were a few minor details in the car but the scheduled to have them taken care of. My vehicle has been running great and I would use them again
