John is a brilliant person, very genuine and honest. He gave me a great price on my trade in and has been a pleasure to deal with.

I had the option of going to a big garage and spending hundreds per month on a car that would never be mine, or look for a more reasonably priced car and own it. I am so glad I went down the 2nd route as I found this gem at Avante cars! It has been my dream to own a Seat Leon Cupra R since I was 12 and now I own this.

John made sure the car was serviced prior to me collecting and it presented in immaculate condition.

At no stage was there pressure to purchase or to do anything that I didn't want to. John was happy for me to look around the car myself and take it for a test drive. The deal was done the same day.

You can't argue with this type of service.

My life experience has always taught me that companies really show their worth when something goes wrong. Bought a family car from Avante Cars Ltd on the 25.05.19, was able to agree a deal, a little bit of reasonable haggling and everything went through good. Only one small, not even sure it a criticism, but I thought the car would have had a full valet upon picking up which it didn't seem to have. I understand smaller private garages being busy though and maybe not having the resources but might be something to consider, even a young guy/girl just looking for some extra pocket money. Anyway I digress, after a week or so we have some bad rain and the car was leaking, see pictures. I emailed them immediately and they apologised and asked if I could bring the car in. I said yes and took a half day from work to take it in. Went to Avante, they worked away on it, said they have checked the arial and sunroof, done some work and could I test it. Drove away and only a couple of days later it rained and it was still leaking. Emailed again, again very apologetic and gave me a number for a sun roof specialist EK Sunroofs. I messaged the guy, he said can you bring it in Saturday morning, I took it, he worked on it, tested it and said it was the windscreen. Drove away happy, next time it rained 🙁 it was still leaking, definitely less but it was still leaking. Messaged a third time saying need to get this fixed once and for all, took it in last Saturday spent a more time trying to establish the leak, bada bing found it and fixed it. All covered under the warranty, everyone apologetic. Some people might read this and say, "well you had to go back 3 times, why are you giving 5 stars". Cause no one and nothing is perfect, if at any point anyone was short with me, or unhelpful then this wouldn't have been 5 stars but they weren't. Some times troubleshooting is required and the car is second hand, always going to be small issues. Would happily recommend Avante Cars and EK Sunroofs. 🙂

Avante Cars is an all and all great garage with genuine and honest staff who are always ready to go the extra mile for their customers. As I live far away and had missed my bus, one of the mechanics, Graeme, a very friendly chap with a keen knowledge on cars, offered me a lift back to the nearest station where I could then take the train back to Paisley, and I really appreciate him for that too. In the end, due to my own circumstances, I was not able to purchase the car (sorry John and Graeme), but I still received an excellent customer service throughout and am thoroughly impressed! It's definitely one of the best, if not the best, garage that I have come across and I would recommend it with all my heart.

Amazing experience with Avante cars when buying my first car. John helped me through the entire process and even sorted a few bits n bobs on the car for me when he noticed them. When first viewing my car we noticed a pretty big scratch on the driver side which John happily sorted for me with a respray and now you couldn't tell there was a scratch to begin with. Very happy with my car will be returning to buy future cars.

Recently bought a car from John at Avante Cars, and the service he gave was brilliant. We got a really good price. There was a small issue that we noticed after we had bought the car, however John dealt with this promptly, and with a no quibble attitude. Would buy from them again!
