The most important points AZ Auto has ignored in response:

• The vehicle stopped mid-left turn in a busy 4-lane intersection, endangering my life and others. This is a major safety issue that needs attention. For a 2-adult, 1-car household, this is significant. We commute an hour or more a day, and I was lucky this time. I won’t risk it again.
• This issue should have been caught before the car was sold. The safety certificate was pre arranged from AZ Auto’s contact before we picked up. Someone hid failings that should have made the car unsellable in the condition it was described. The newer used car with low kms was sold for over $20,000 with taxes. The responsibility is on AZ Auto to address this. I do want absolute resolution
• Upon inspection, the transmission was found to be patched with gummed-up material, temporarily sealing a leak at a connection point which is why the whole system needed change and the leak came from somewhere more hidden
• The frame was reassembled incorrectly and hastily according to the 2 shops that took it apart , showing poor work or negligence. Its professional opinion that this consciously patched this long enough to sell me this car for the transmission to fail either on insurance or my own dime
• We were told this wasn’t a scrap title, but it’s clear we were sold a wrecked car that shouldn’t have passed inspection. We spent the entire summer without AC, commuting in record heat after spending so much cash on one of the most expensive repairs.
• We didn’t get the car checked sooner when we saw the leak within a full day because BMW couldn’t take us in right away. We were told it might be the oil pan, but they wouldn’t know for sure until the MINI was disassembled, a costly job. The BMW quote for the oil pan was high, but we went to two other shops for quotes, thinking we were covered by the insurance Saboor gave us. We took the cheapest option of the quotes. Saboor, who owns MINIs, should understand the complexities and issues with the car he sold us.
• Despite voicemails to Saboor’s number (ending in 2233) and emails using my first and last name, there has been no response.
• We acknowledge our mistake in proceeding with transmission repair without confirming insurance, but the situation was urgent. We believed we were covered and acted in good faith.
• This has cost us rental cars, borrowing vehicles, and getting rides—none of which is ideal. We commute at least an hour a day, and transit is not practical.
• Total costs are approaching $25,000 for a car with less than 30,000 km. Not counting additional costs due to the condition the car was sold in. AZ Auto sold us a car with multiple serious issues and put me in a dangerous, heart stopping situation.

AZ Auto sold wrecked cars under false pretences whether consciously or not I can’t say at this point I cant be sure. His action going further mean alot to me. We were misled into believing this wasn’t a scrap title vehicle, and that mistake/misrepresentation has cost us time, money, and risked our safety. The car has cost us close to $25,000, and our attempts to resolve this have been ignored. This car should never have been sold to us like this.

We want a full refund of our expenses, and the car taken back. The work was done by two former BMW/MINI mechanics. I will update my review to reflect any actions taken by AZ Auto. Please check your email, junk folder and my voicemails. Any reasonable person would want to address this immediately. As do we.

Place was great and Muhammad and Saboor were very helpful into getting into a new car. Great selection of vehicles they have and very hospitable. They gave us a great deal and with warranty included on any of their vehicles. Overall was very satisfied and made sure to have the car cleaned, set with a fresh oil change and explained any features of the vehicle.

Recently purchased a Honda Odyssey 2020 from AZ Auto. Saboor and staff were amazing. They were very friendly, helpful and straightforward. My first meeting with Saboor gave me a comfortable reassurance that he was not trying to hide what he is selling. Straight up, he told me the history of the van and pictures of the previous condition before it was rebuilt. I went back to the dealership a few times to look at the vehicle and test drove it again and the staff and Saboor answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns to my satisfaction. During the day of the hand over, all paper work including safety and condition of the vehicle were presented to me. Post sale was great too. I found a little defect that I didn't notice earlier and was immediately looked after by Saboor and Staff. Overall, I'm a very happy customer and is now enjoying my new Honda Odyssey : )

EXTREMELY POOR EXPERIENCE. First of all the buying experience was extremely stressful with me having to literally run behind the dealer and follow up so many times as they took forever to get the car safetied after I paid the deposit to the point I almost backed out of the deal. It was really frustrating and unprofessional.

However, this review is due to the following MAJOR ISSUE and RED FLAG:

This was my first big purchase in Canada and I was left with the worst feeling ever.

I purchased a 2017 Q50 in March 2023. It was safety certified by the dealer. Within 4 months the car started to misfire. Took it to Infiniti dealership and they said the engine block is cracked due to a faulty spark plug that wasn’t checked when I got the car.

Infiniti replaced the spark plugs and coils ($2400) but that didn’t resolve the misfire and the car started to generate white smoke due to a coolant leak all because of the damage done by the broken spark plug piece and they wanted to replace the engine which I couldn’t afford.

I had no option but to sell the car and lost $12000 AFTER trading it in. 12K LOST within 4 months all because either AZ auto lied and sold me a car which was defective or they didn’t bother to do their due diligence to check the car before selling it as safety certified.

Repeated attempts to contact AZ auto for any kind of support were ignored stating we have sold the car. Really disappointed and sad due to not only the financial loss but the mental stress and anxiety I had to go through for 4 weeks.

Hopefully this review will help someone to find a better place to get their car from and save a whole lot of trouble.

*UPDATE*
Yesterday we were involved in a bad accident when we were hit by another vehicle. Upon impact, all airbags were deployed. I was so grateful that these men were honest when they told us what had been done to our vehicle before we bought it, and that those safety features protected us when we needed them. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from AZ Auto.

Just purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox, and couldn't be happier! Saboor and Adnan were very friendly, and were very helpful. They were honest about everything that had been done to the vehicle and what still needed to be done, and they did everything they promised to do before we picked it up. We're extremely happy with the service at AZ Auto!
