My experience was great! There were some ups and downs but it wasn’t on their end at all they did everything they could to work with us and find us a vehicle that we fell in love with! Zack and everyone in the office did everything to help us out and we appreciate everything they did for us! We love our new 2013 Honda and couldn’t be more proud! Will be back in near future!

Let me start off by saying my experience at B&L was A++. I knew exactly what vehicle I was looking for (searching for months) and low and behold they had it!
Customer service is top notch. As soon as I arrived I was immediately greeted by Mr Jason Lee who hands down should get salesman of the year! Great guy! It was like a royal carpet was laid as I was greeted and shown the upmost hospitality throughout the facility. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price! Folks don't let the location/outside fool you. It is NOT a Porsche dealership or BMW warehouse. It is a positive family dealership that focuses on getting what you want and need at the right price.
Please do yourself a favor and stop by. A+++!!

PRESTON IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. From the moment we walked in - he greeted us with a smile and got right to business. Great conversationalist. I felt like I was talking to a really close friend! If I could get a 0 star review I would. This place needs to be shut down. I put a down payment for a car last year and one year later it goes down. Spending over 1k on repairs and having trouble. The salesman who sold me my car no longer works there. 0/10 don’t recommend. Rip off!! Mind you prior to me getting this car it was making a strange noise and no one ever thought to take a look at it until I brung it back one week later.
