With a Save-your-spot appointment and orders from multiple physicians, I was in and out in no time. The staff was friendly and professional. I don't recall even feeling the stick. Easy to schedule. Convenient land clean ocation. Great service all a round.

St Joseph's BayCare labs presents with such a fabulous design of making an appointment on line, valeting the car, then having very friendly desk staff and phlebotomists draw the blood. Scheduling on line was easy. We were in and out of the lab area in less than an hour. Staff made us feel comfortable and we were laughing so the blood draw was one stick and "fun". Good job and thank you !

I was a walk-in patient. Was seen promptly by the front desk, then waited 5-6 minutes to go to back. The lady who drew my blood was excellent, personable. I was in and out within 20 mins. Got the results by the end of day. Way to Go, Baycare

Absolutely fantastic experience. Jacqueline, a pediatric nurse set everything up before my daughter arrived. The Phlobotomist and the iv team took great care and precautions with my severly disabled daughter and her special needs. Even the security guy put on fresh gloves before inspecting our bags. Thank you to all that were involved.

The Lab at St. Joes Main is always a great experience. Using Save My Spot is the way to go so you can avoid waiting too long. They are always in a good mood and you can tell they work well as a team and they have a great culture in the department!

Kelly, the tech who did my dopler ultrasound was so pleasant, efficient, professional.. Excellent! Everyone else I encounter was great.

Timely and excellent service. I would like to suggest that the intake person pay attention to the patient in front of her - she was interrupted several times by colleagues or paid more attention to her coworkers and their guests instead of her own. This doubled my time at the desk and was rude and confusing - those guests could wait until I was helped as it was my turn and deserved undivided attention. She was very nice to me but not aware or apologetic about all the interruptions. The phlebotomist was excellent, and my results were super-fast. Communication is excellent and much appreciated.
