I wish buying everything was this easy. I am a first time boat owner and Glenn was phenomenal. I reached out to him via email to inquire about a boat, he replied quickly, and when I wanted to see the boat he even opened the dealership on a New Years Eve when they were closed just so I could see the boat.

Glenn was super relatable, knowledgeable, and genuine. I had so many questions and he answered each and every one of them in such a friendly way making the purchase hassle free.

He spent almost 2 hours with me during my sea trial where he showed me every feature to make sure I was confortable, how to load and unload the boat, gave me tips for every little aspect, and even listed a bunch of his favorite local places to fish and just enjoy my new boat.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience I had. They have a customer for life! 10/10 recommend!

I really don't like to go down this road. But unfortunately, I have no choice. This review was earned by Boat Max.

A couple of weeks ago on a Friday morning. I drove from Kissimmee to Boat Max on E. Colonial Dr. In Orlando to get a simple price for a 25hp outboard. Yes, very simple.

The two sales gentleman that were there were real nice. No one was in the store except me. This could have been done effortlessly.

Both of them told me that the only person that could only give me a price was out on a demo, or the like. Hmmm.....really? ( so why am I here? )

You can sell a house, but are incapable of giving a price on a 2" X 4'.

I must say that that struck me very odd that two seasoned sales men were not either allowed, didn't know how to, or didn't want to price out a small motor? ( what would be said if I wanted a 100 K boat )?

Anyway, ( I believe Glenn ) called me back the next day, Saturday. We talked, and he said that he would Email me a price on Monday. I said good, no problem, thanks.

Well Monday came and went. Still no call, no price.

So I called back four days later on Friday. Someone picked up the phone ( don't remember who, I didn't recognize the voice ). I explained the issue. He said, I will have someone else call you back today..... again no call from whomever that was to be?

So here it is Thursday July 18th, 14 days since my first contact, and still nothing.

Obviously, if it's not a $100K boat, forget about getting a simple price for a product that they sell. They obviously are not interested in 6 K or more.

So, just move on to the next dealership, don't waste your time, gas and tolls. I did ?.

Great staff went all the way to get the boat I wanted I give them a 5 star dealer. Very friendly, serviced my boat and fix the issues immediately had a battery drain. Until this day anything i need Glenn is there to help with all my boats needs. Or any questions.I fully recommend this dealer

I was looking to purchase a used boat listed for sale. As an out-of-state buyer, I wanted an inspection and was informed that it wouldn't include any engine testing, but would only ensure everything else was working. I was told that his boat was in great condition, and everything was operational, even stating it might not even be worth an inspection but it was up to me.

Following the inspection, it was discovered that the Garmin, live well and t-top lighting were not fully functioning. This information should have been known prior to listing the boat for sale! I would have never agreed to buy the boat and saved me the $600.00 inspection fee and wasted time.

Out-of-state buyers should exercise caution with them! At least my boat they didn’t know the actual boat's condition and made assumption that ended up not being accurate per the inspection. They did refund my deposit but I’m still out the inspection fee that could have been avoided if they just fully checked out the boat before agreeing to sell it.
