We worked with DJ “known as cowboy” for our purchase. He was amazingly honest, no pressure and laid-back in ensuring we got what we wanted. He and his team were great to give us lots of options and also gave us plenty of time to think about our decision. He went out of his way to give us every option available, including ordering a new truck and letting us decide the best option. He even offered with no obligation to let us drive the truck home for the weekend. We could not be happier with our no pressure decision, and we plan to come back and purchase another vehicle for another family member in the future. We can’t recommend Bob Allen Ford in Ottawa highly enough and specifically the sales person DJ! Really not the experience of your typical worry about buying a car salesman approach. DJ has a personal approach and truly wants to sell you what you want! Thank you!

We visited Bob Allen Ford in Ottawa on a whim because we are always hesitant to buy from dealerships. Our experiences at other dealerships have always been contentious and in the end, not worth the trouble. We, admittedly, aren't easy customers. When we arrived, we were greeted by DJ and quickly took the Lincoln we were looking at for a test drive. Once we sat down to look at numbers, we warned DJ we were not great customers. He smiled and said no problem. We ended up putting a deposit on the car and closing the deal a week later after the car had been through inspection. There was an issue with the car that was fixed but didn't meet our expectations when we arrived to pick up the car. We quickly worked through the issue and the car was perfect in the end. This was hands down the best dealership and sales person experience we've ever had. We will return someday as long as DJ is still selling cars.

Bob Allen Ford Ottawa gave me the best experience I have ever had for buying a vehicle. Very knowledgeable about the SUV I wanted to buy. I would highly recommend this dealership. The salesman Dale Johnson was very easy to talk to and not pushy. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and made it a very pleasant experience in buying a Ford Explorer. I always dread going to a dealership, but my experience with Bob Allen Ford in Ottawa was a five star experience. If you’re looking for new or used they are the dealership to go too.
