We purchased a 2010 Honda Accord on 30 Aug 2024. Sales staff was very helpful, we paid cash for the vehicle so the finance department only had to take our money and send us the title. They claim it takes 30 to 60 days, and it appears they take ever bit of that 60 days because we have not received the title yet. Which brings me to the 1 star rating…. We have have not even put a metal tag on this car and so far the front Plastic bumper has fallen off, completely! Understandable I guess it is a 2010 plastic car, but still a $1000 dollar repair. But the Power steering pump also went out- $375, engine misfire #6 cylinder, six coil packs and 6 plugs-$275. Now we have a puddle of transmission fluid under the car which will need to be repaired, and who knows how much that is going to cost. I am starting to wonder how much more money should we put into a vehicle that we haven’t even transferred into our name yet! I understand buying used cars is a gamble, but I would highly advise future car shoppers to gamble at another dealership. To leave on a few positive notes… I did receive the IRS notification form from Bob Moore saying they reported my cash transaction to the government. Got that letter in 3 days! But still waiting on a title…. but hey the IRS is up to date. Secondly if I could give the detail shop or the people who steam and clean the cars before they put them on the lot a shout out. I say kudos to ya’ll for hiding all the leaks! They did excellent work cleaning and detailing away any signs of mechanical issues or future failures…. So to sum it up. Not a very good experience so far on this transaction and we will not be buying another vehicle from the Bob Howard dealership network

10-14-24-brought my '24 2500hd for oil change, software update, tire pressure reading off.
Was told everything done and had a nail, they did a patch.
10-21-24-took in at 11:57am for tire pressure that they told us would take less than 45 min. At
1:30pm saw my truck pulled into bay thought it was done when guy took off with our truck again. I asked what's going on? The managers was trying to walk by me without saying anything and I asked if he was the manager. Said that my truck needed new tire. What? When were you going to tell me about that? Supposedly they were trying to cover up because they didn't think a patch was done the first time.
Long story short-GM Manager Tim and service manager Chris totally disrespected us and accused us of mistreating his employees. WOW! If asking for the managers names each time I get the run around from one manager and have to go higher up is an issue-good luck getting your problems resolved here. Seek somewhere else for your truck needs. LYING about issues and covering them up-just for tire, can you imagine if we had
vehicle ever!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!! At 3:30pm my truck was "supposedly" done.
So they only care when you buy once you have issues. You're the issue. Just WOW just because we are Mexicans you think that you all can talk to people any kind of way-and get offended if I asked for Rob Smiths phone number that NO ONe wanted to give me. It's sad, that you all want to cover up your lack of service, service skills, and LACK OF COMMUNICATION! I have it all recorded!!! So you liars can't lie!
It’s just UNFATHOMABLE to me that we come in for a tire pressure issues to then come out insulted, disrespected and just plain deal with lunatic behaviors. What is wrong with these people? From the service manager to the GM. All we can say is WOW!

I have bought 3 cars over the years from Bob Howard. So, obviously, I like them. Unfortunately, today, when I reached out about a used truck, they dropped the ball. At the start, I had a very quick response. I was excited and thought I’m buying a truck today. Heather asked me to send her some pictures of my trade which I did immediately. Then, 6 hrs later and too late to travel 3 hrs to buy the truck I still haven’t heard a word from her. ? my advice, if heather is your salesperson, ask for another.

Went to order a Prius using their acceleride option, they messaged me telling me the car was in stock twice and it was in stock on their website still, the acceleride required that I have proof of insurance so I had to go get coverage with all state, I submitted everything, then boom they texted me telling me the prius I ordered and just paid $300 to get insurance for was sold already and they sent me a more expensive car right after as an option.

Horrible way of doing business, there's no excuse in 2024 for your systems to not be constantly updated, shady ASF. Lame attempt to lure you in and then get as much money out of you as possible. News flash, honest business gets you further than anything.

Then they ran my credit again without asking, I didn't want to have them run it yet, cause they hadn't shown me any other car I would have wanted.

It was a perfect experience. Darren and Stephan are patient and got us through the paperwork. I purchased a Dodge Ram 3500 Big Horn for my business that I partner with my daughter and son in law. This truck is great. I also got the 5 year 150k warranty. Can't beat the performance. They just walked me through all of it and I was on my way back home.

I bought a used Chrysler 200 2015 on Aug 2023 and was promised that minor fixes will be made to the sunroof not expanding along with a sound I was hearing from the back passenger tire. Bobby Joejoe Jacob’s was my salesman and assured me not to worry. I should have followed my gut. I drove off the lot and noticed a tug in the acceleration next. I went back the next day and it was one unfulfilled promise after another. Now I was told I would have to wait. Since I bought the car it has been at SERVICE DEPT more than it has been in my possession. Because of all the issues with the tire, transmission, sunroof, squealing sounds. I begged for an exchange because I relied on this vehicle as I am a single woman in a new town. I eventually lost my job due to all the mechanical issues that caused me to be tardy or absent. The most recent issue my car was at service station for almost 3months for a transmission replacement and discovering engine oil in my coolant reservoir. My warranty covered the transmission (thank God I paid for that at the time of purchase) but It did not cover the engine oil in the coolant. I used sunbit pymt plan to assist with those cost $274. As soon as I drove off the lot my car was still squealing so I returned and they said it was the back plate behind the rotors. Nothing was resolved. I went to have the brakes checked and paid $60 for someone to tell me that my brakes were rubbing up against something. Also because I lost my job I had to move out of my residence and planned to go back to California Aug 2024. I was going to drive my car they just fixed. I went to jiffy lube to check all my fluids and discovered I had a bad problem with engine oil still in my coolant reservoir. Jiffy lube said it was the worst they ever seen and that I should park because it nay blow a gasket. I immediately went back to the service station with all my belongings in my car ready to relocate back to California and had to leave my car with service station AGAIN only after having it for two days. I now am homeless and being held hostage due to my car again being inoperable!!!! I don’t even know how long this will take again!!!! Now unemployed and homeless with a inoperable vehicle!!!
