I had a bad experience with this garage. I made an appointment. They told me to bring car on Friday next week. Then on time I left my car on Friday,they call me next week Monday they said your car have problems with belt if you want i make for you but you must pay 1,674 euro ,if you dont want make with us you have to pay only168 euro ,I said okay no problem I will pay 1,674 euros do it for me but let me know when it will be completed. He said this week Friday. Then I called him on Friday. He said we haven't done anything with your car yet!! why ? because still we are waiting for your answer !! we make for you or not but i said please already i told you make it they waste my time 2 week ,anyway its strange I went to another garage and he repaired my car. I paid only 79 euros. The problem was not the belt. There was no oil in my car i fixed only 79 euro!!!

My trade-in and purchase of another car went smoothly. One particular staff member (no names here) was extremely friendly and helpful. I had to give them a little legal hand on their warranty terms as stipulated by legislation. In the end, all was good and we closed the deal. I would like to give them 5 stars without hesitation. However, through their advertisements on autoscout and the maximum picture size often means details can not be seen. It would be better if they stated faults (e.g. a bump) clearly in the description and placed a photo of that fault. Avoids misunderstanding. Also placing a mileage limit ( due to the age of the car - but not an old timer) on the legal warranty is a big no-go. But that was resolved quickly.
Normally I do avoid 3rd party car dealers and usually stick to big brand houses. But in this case, I do recommend them.
5 stars for their excellent service.
4 stars (4.5 stars) for the whole package.

I regret having taken my car to this garage because I paid €900 and my fault has not been fixed. And yet I explain my problem to them and they don't give me any solution. I do not recommend that you take your car to get fixed in that garage.

I have no words to express my gratitude to this garage, I didn't know the place or the people who work there, we spoke about everything over the phone, they did everything for my car, and look, I didn't buy the car from their garage but they went to pick it up and did the maintenance and inspection, I really recommend them, they are kind-hearted people.
