I have brought a Citroen Berlingo from them, owned the car for just over a year now with no problems to it, want to say thanks to Elizabeth who bent over backwords to help me sort out the paperwork and met half way to get the car to me. (as i had sold my car elsewhere, and there been a delay and had problems with people pulling out the last min, but they were happy to hold on as long as they can as i had put down a disposit) awsward any questions i asked and they had alot of knowage to this car. There was a bit of pickle getting to their location as it not your adavage street car garage type. I turned up no staff was on site when i arrived but they did turn up, no idea why with the bad reviews but, please to reach out to them they do their best to help as much as they can.

Fabulous experience. Went on the Saturday without appointment, test drove the car I was after and left the garage without purchase or pressure. Mulled it over for an hour and returned to make deposit. The gent and lady organised to deliver to my house some 40 miles away a week later and sorted all the ownership paperwork at my house upon delivery. They also helped with another issue surrounding our other car even though it wasn't there issue to sort. Those are the things that matter. Delighted with the car and thoroughly recommend to anyone.

On November 12, I saw a KIA Picanto used car for sale from this vehicle trading company on Autotrader. I immediately contacted the seller via email and made an appointment to view the car. The seller responded quickly and confirmed that I would come to their company to view the car on November 17. So I arrived at the company on time at 2:00 noon on November 17th. However, the company's gate was closed and no one answered the call to the person in charge of the company. I then left a message stating that I was waiting outside the door. Soon a car dealer who called herself Elizabeth called me back. I told her that I was the one who made an appointment to see the car earlier. But she told me the car was sold. At that time, I asked her why she didn't notify me that the car was sold, and she just said she was sorry. And I came to see the car from over twenty miles away. I really don’t understand that the person in charge of this company really has no sense of responsibility at all. Very disappointing.

Bought my car from Bosden in April of last year. Waited til now to leave the review as I wanted to see how I got on with the car. Had a couple of teething problems with the car when I first purchased but Matthew was quick to sort this out for me. The car has been fantastic with only the usual wear and tear items needing doing since I’ve owned it (tyres, brake pads and disks etc). Matthew kept in good contact throughout the buying process and was easy to reach and approachable when I had problems. I never felt pressured and always got the impression that they were genuine and honest. Having had a really bad experience with my last vehicle from a different seller this was a refreshing change. I would definitely use Bosden again.

Looked at a mx5 here, and agreed to purchase as long as a couple of jobs were carried out prior to collection. When we collected the car all the work had been done perfectly, we could not have asked for more. We dealt with Elizabeth who was very knowledgeable friendly and efficient. Within a couple of days we did have a problem with a lot of water entering the cabin and soaking the carpets (a known problem with this model of mx5). I spoke to Elizabeth about the problem and and without any (I don't want to know reaction) she came personally and picked the car up (a fifty mile trip) and said she would get it sorted. This she did and within a week we had the car back with some new parts fitted which solved the problem. We have now owned the car for three months and could not be more pleased with it, or with Bosden car sales. We'll done, I would definitely recommend them.
Ps. don't be put off with the unusual dealership/forcourt.

I cannot recommend Bosden Car Sales enough!!! We had, had a bad experience previously with a car purchase elsewhere and so were skeptical - but honestly and truly they are lovely people and the service was second to none. Matt went over and above to make sure everything was done as quickly and as professionally as possible and kept our timescale in mind the whole time. What genuine, decent people. I would give ten stars if I could.
