Absolutely terrible service. we arrived at 12:15 and we're told we could get a lane at 1 pm after tournament play. After waiting 45 minutes we returned the counter promptly at 1 pm. After the girl finished using her phone only then did she turn to tell us that we would have to go on a waiting list ...AFTER WE ALREADY WAITED 45 MINUTES.

Horrible. WAYYY over priced. For $44 for 2 hours, you'd expect to be able to BOWL. The equipment is old and doesn't work. 2 of 3 of us bowled the first frame, then waited 15 minutes while the bar was stuck down. Then all the balls kept getting stuck in the back the entire 2 hours. We ordered 2 fries and Mozzarella bites. ... fries took over an hour and the Mozzarella bites came 10 minutes before our 2 hours were up. We were told they would give us 30 extra minutes by 2 different employees..... didn't happen. HORRIBLE experience. Find a different place to go.... you can thank me later....

We went the day after Thanksgiving - it was super busy and under staffed. The staff was wonderful, but we never got our food. Management gave us a little extra bowling time as compensation. I highly recommend having a meal before you go and only order drinks and you'll have the perfect time.

We had yellow light bulbs in the women’s bathroom for at least six months a while back. A toilet in women’s bathroom was broke and leaking water on the floor for about a year. Now the hand drier is broken. They have least installed paper towel. The faucet won’t shut off completely. A team member order French fries tonight and never got them. He finally told them to forget it, he didn’t want them. The rack on the lanes often take forever to set the pins down. This place is kinda dumpy. The rack has knocked my pins over twice in 6 frames. I just had a front desk person insisted I told her 3 times to reset my pins on the wrong lane. I pretty sure I know what lane I’m bowling on. If I had another option in Fredericksburg I’d definitely go. Toilet leaking water on bathroom floor. Water in both sinks won’t shut off. Music do loud you can’t carry on a conversation at your table.

I provided my contact information to Bowlero and haven’t heard anything them.

Update: This toilet has been broken for over a year, this is what’s new this year. See picture below

Service was great. Very attentive, they even came over to ensure the lane was working correctly when we began playing. However, the price of the bowling is almost criminal. $80 for an hour of bowling.! Fun night out, but won’t be a regular thing at that price.

Everyone at the location was so very helpful and walked me through the process. Both managers were beyond kind and helpful. We thank you and your team for an amazing first time experience!!

Bowling is an entertaining way to spend a cold winters day. I am terrible at bowling, but it is fun to try! Get a group together and go out bowling to pass the time! It is always funny when some of you are good, and some of you are terrible, it makes for a fun experience. My group regularly got the pins stuck, and the staff was always very quick to fix the problem! Afterwards we did the arcade which was fun! And a bonus is the bathroom soap smelled like lemons!
