Had a great experience from start to finish. Alisha was the sales representative. When dealing with her it was more like speaking with a friend. I felt like I was in good hands. Absolutely love my Nissan Juke. I was unable to collect it myself so she came round to my house in her own time a few days after the sale to show me all the ins and outs of the car. She also came with a lovely gift of a scented candle and a car freshener. How about that for top notch service. I know if I encounter any problems (which I can’t see happening) I know she will be there to help me. Thanks Alisha ?

What can i say...I had a great experience at Nissan West Way, Stockport.
Loverly showroom for a start, coffee, tea and hot chocolate on tap and plenty of sales people to help if needed. Didn't feel pressured at all when i walked in.
Sat down with a lovely guy called Steve Wright (not in the afternoon IYKYK)☺️
Discussed my needs and wants for my new car and placed my order. I was advised on the waiting time (new build car) and kept up to date with the whole process. Got my new car earlier than expected and was given a mini tutorial on all the tech gadgets that the car came with (and there is a lot)? but was reassured that any help I needed or problems, I could call them anytime.
Overall, I cannot fault the customer service I received here and the whole process was smooth and stress free so I would highly recommend West Way.

Great experience, really friendly and helpful staff. The sales experience was relaxed and not pushy in any way. Even when we had some issues with the delivery of the car we’d ordered (out of the dealership’s control) they kept us informed of progress and sourced an alternative vehicle for us.
