Buyer Beware the service department is the worst they have no idea what they are doing i took my cadillac elr in because I was having problems it is a hybrid and in 2hr they called me and said there is nothing wrong with my car and I owe them $350 for no explanation why my car was acting up fast forward to today and this morning I'm stuck on the freeway i am not the only one that is saying this about this place just be mindful that they are really nice until they get $350 for absolutely nothing buyer Beware!!!!!!! You will get scammed look at the picture and tell me if it looks like there is nothing wrong.

Beverly Hills Cadillac is amazing, everyone is very attentive and helpful. Jonathan Aguilar and Kaplan Day got everything ready, it’s matter of 10 minutes and I’m already in the new car. All the contract detail is on point, no bullshit hidden fee like usually all the dealer input into your contract. I’m truly grateful for the great experience.

The cars are nice, service is helpful. The problem is the process. I walked in the door at 10am, excited. I knew what car I wanted. They had the car, we finished negotiating, then were told to wait. We ended up waiting for 3 hours before we could get to the "Finance" person. Then that process seemed to take about 2 more hours.

All in all I didn't leave the dealership until after 4pm. This is unacceptable IMO. I lost all excitement for the vehicle. I lost all enjoyment for the day. All I wanted to do was leave this dealership.

Again the people are nice, but this process is absolutely ridiculous. It is outdated, antiquated, and mind-numbingly slow!

I had a really excellent experience at Cadillac of Beverly Hills with Edwin! I’ve been cursed with some really stressful car buying experiences in the past, and this was nothing like the last ones! The experience was so smooth and stress free - Edwin really worked with me to make sure I ended up in the car that I truly wanted. I felt like I knew so much about the car before we got to the negotiation stage to ensure it really fit my needs, which has been something missing from my past car buying experiences! Edwin was extremely thorough and a great resource as I checked out my different options.

After we made a deal, the finance process was quick and Edwin and Kevin took the time to walk me through a very detailed explanation of everything my amazing new Lyriq Sport 3 has to offer. They made sure my car was in tip top shape before sending it home with me and made the pick up process feel extra special, topped with a bow! Would highly recommend buying a Cadillac from Edwin, you’ll feel supported, comfortable and stress free throughout the whole process!
