While shopping for my new car, I shopped at least 20 dealers in search of the right car, and Car Lounge was far and away the best dealership to deal with. I drove from Ottawa, in large part due to the ease of experience I had dealing with Andy and the team. I also want to stress that post-sale support has been fantastic. When something didn't align to my expectations Car Lounge immediately responded and provided excellent support after the sale, and has continued to do what they can to ensure a satisfied customer. In 30+ years of dealing with car dealers, I have to say that Car Lounge has been the best. Thank you Andy and company, I'd happily deal with Car Lounge in future.

Had a very positive experience at his place. Saw a nearly new Mercedes CLA 45 and what I thought was a good price on AutoTrader so I went to check it out. Their sales guys Maxx and Andy are very patient. I did not feel pressured at any point. They allow me to test drive the car once alone and once with my wife. Extra time sold me on the car. On top of that I felt like I got very good trade-in value on my car. My wife and I noticed the rotors on the CLA were quite rusted and the owner George agreed to have them replaced as part of the sale. Quite classy. Maxx spent extra time going over the features of car which could be overwhelming. In the end I got a very nice car at a good price as a reasonable trade-in value and we were treated kindly by the staff. Overall a very positive experience. Yes even the cappuccinos are good
