We have had only great experiences at this Carmax. We recently traded in our old vehicle and got a new one. Juliette was very patient and kind to us (even when we had to renew a drivers license on the spot online.)! Everyone was friendly and helpful. And we love both vehicles that we have purchased here.

Overall, this was a good experience. Salesman forgot who we were. He got upset when we didn't buy the warranty. VEHICLE is great. Paperwork experience with Debbie was great. Nice, polite.

The overall experience was pretty nice . My only complaint was an issue with one of my tires was cupping pretty bad and I was told it was with in carmax guidelines but it wasn’t bad enough I wanted to back out of the deal. Thomas my sales associate was good and made me feel pretty good about my purchase .

This review is meant to compliment the salesman and manager that helped me purchase a 2019 Honda Passport recently. Salesman Tommy Ogden went out of his way to assist me during the transfer of a vehicle and ultimately the final sale. His response to my questions and msgs was always prompt with factual info, which I very much appreciated.

Unfortunately the car had some issues that caused me to return it within the 10 day window. This is where the sales manager (I believe his name is Mike) came in and allowed for a seamless return that took less than 15 min. He had previously assisted me with another deal and again, he is always extremely professional, courtesy and most of all, very helpful. Thanks CarMax for the wonderful experience!

I was selling my mom's car. Since it's a little unusual, I called to make sure I had the correct paperwork. The appraisal part was fine. When I accepted that and went to sell the worker was so incredibly rude. He basically seemed annoyed. Said he couldn't buy the car that day because I didn't have the right paperwork. He needed to call the tag agency the next day. Fine. It's a little bit of an unusual situation but the incredible rudeness of this man was just not necessary. By the way, I did have the correct paperwork.

Went in with a specific make/model in mind. Test drove it and purchased it the same day. All easy and smooth. I'm loyal to CarMax for their reputation and the fact that I don't have to deal with pushy sales people.

I really want to give you guys a 5 star rating but you have made it essentially impossible. I’ve been super charitable but the treatment I’m getting from Carmax is unacceptable. I sold my car to you guys thinking I could buy the jeep you have on your lot after I got it transferred. I was told it would take 3-5 business days. Fast forward 8 days with no car still and no update. I have to call to figure out what’s going on. When I do call I’m put on hold for 10 minutes. I finally got someone to give me an actual update and now I’m told it will be sellable tomorrow. I don’t understand why I have to beg you guys to sell me a car on your lot. I have bought a car from you before and it was so straightforward. Everyone I explain this story to thinks I’m being played and at this point I’m starting to believe them. This is a massive inconvenience for me. I know you guys don’t care but it doesn’t make your company look good and that’s what matters.
