I helped my daughter purchase this 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Classic Cars of Palm Beach. We are in Tennessee and so we were relying entirely on pictures and video that the dealership sent us. Chris and Bob did a great job showing us the car and pointing out even the most minor issues. They also said that it would need new tires and shock absorbers and gave us the option of having their mechanic replace these or take a credit to get it done ourselves (which we opted to do). But these are things we could not see for ourselves and we had to rely entirely on their honesty and integrity. They shipped us the Jeep and when it arrived, it was exactly as they had described it to us. There was a minor issue with the temporary tag, and they helped us immediately to get that straightened out so my daughter could drive the car before she can get the license plates. Overall it was an excellent buying experience and I cannot say enough good things. I strongly recommend this dealership for your next purchase. We could not be happier!

I have bought multiple vehicles from John and his team. Each occasion I bought them without seeing them in person or a test drive and they are always immaculate and better than he describes. John is probably the most honest and trustworthy person to purchase a vehicle from. His team is fast and efficient and even though I live 1400mi from the dealership he is still faster than buying a car 5mi from my house. We were recently referred to Classic Cars of Palm Beach by a friend. It could not have been a better experience. We were interested in a used car for my daughter who lives in Kentucky. I have never purchased a vehicle out of state and the folks at Classic Cars were more than helpful in not only
purchasing the car but also getting it shipped to Kentucky. They paid close attention to every detail and question we had. They explained everything respectfully and continued to maintain contact throughout the process. I never expected this type of service from a car dealer. Needless to say, this was not the kind of service you usually get when buying a car. We were able to drive the vehicle, have it checked out by our mechanic, and discuss any questions we had in detail
Alex and Chris specifically could not have been nicer. And Chris went the extra mile by when making sure the car would be safe and reliable for our daughter. We can not thank these gentleman enough and will definitely keep them

I just purchased my first Mercedes from their Garden's Location, and the experience was exceptional! Everything was easy and I felt very comfortable in my purchase. I was drawn in by their beautiful photos of the vehicle on their website, and everyone I spoke to was helpful and pleasant. I was an out of state buyer, and the salesperson, Chris McKee, was happy to send a detailed video highlighting all the cars features and places the vehicle was worn, which was much appreciated. Chris went above and beyond to communicate well and make the purchasing process easy, and help me feel very confident I was getting the car as marketed. This was very refreshing after the horrible experiences I'd run into at other dealerships. I had numerous mix-ups with my shipping company and Chris was very patient and understanding. He made no complaints about holding the car longer than expected and kept it safe until a trucker finally arrived. Not to mention paid for a chip in the windshield that he hadn't noticed prior to purchasing the vehicle. My car is her now and is in the exact condition I was told it would be in. I absolutely adore my new car, and truly appreciate the people at Classic Cars of Palm Beach who helped get it to me.
