March 1, 2024 (original): just sold Clutch my 2016 Nissan Versa Note for the best price, all while receiving amazing service from a representative who went above and beyond with his team to accommodate our first car sale in Canada. Unlike local car companies or dealerships, Clutch made me an instant offer online that was very close to the actual purchase price after inspection, and they offered a very convenient process with the upload of our documents upfront. I am impressed that this company is servicing Ottawa drivers better than our local car companies and dealerships. Highly recommended, keep up the great work!

We had a superb experience from Clutch. It started with Christian, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was done online and by email. They gave the highest trade-in value for my spouse’s car.
When we went to their office, Julian welcomed us and immediately took my spouse’s file and had the car assessed. They discovered a small dent under the passenger door and lessened the trade-in value. However, Christian spoke to their buying team and was able to shave off a few hundred dollars from the amount of the cost of repairing the small dent.
Adam took care of the rest of the paperwork and finished the transaction.
Overall, we were very happy with the way they took care of everything. It was unbelievably very easy and fast. We were out of there in less than an hour.
I highly recommend them. We already told our friends about this experience and I intend to buy my own car through them when the time comes.

After reading Stephen’s comments on Reddit, I’m intrigued to see how actually working with Clutch would be, and we are happy to report that we had a delightful experience today at Clutch. Himanshu helped us inspect our Toyota car for selling. We had a free coffee and waited for 15 mins, it was all set and they offered exact the same offer price as the website quote. They said the money will be transferred on Monday as banks closed in the weekend. I’d recommend to anyone who’s selling their cars.
