Amazing service when buying my car from here recently. They opened up for me as I arrived with no appointment on aSunday and it was lovely to receive such friendly service with no pressure to buy! I asked if I could take the car away on the day, although this meant posting the parcel shelf out for me they happily agreed which meant a lot as I wasn't comfortable driving the car for the first time alone and agreeing to let me take it meant I had family with me for the drive. There was a small issue when I got home which they sorted no problem. Couldn't fault the service or garage and they made the stress of getting a new car in time for a new baby coming stress free. 100% recommend, thank you again for everything and going above and beyond!

Bought an estate C class off CMC about a year and a half ago, all together a very pleasant experience, we were provided with a bottle of water on arrival, which was greatly appreciated as it was red hot outside, was handed the keys to have a look around the car. They were happy to answer any questions, I had noticed when looking round the car that one of the tires was significantly lower on tread than the rest, they replaced this at no extra cost to me before I picked the car up. I'm pleased to report no issues with the car and by far the best experience I've had at any dealership. Would recommend to anyone

If Carlsberg made car dealerships......this would be one.
Purchased a bucket list Carrera 996 from Dean at CMC and cannot recommend them enough. No pressure sales tactics, was greeted by Dean and Gary who were both courteous and professional from the initial emailed enquiries until the completion of the sale. Given as much time as I wanted to peruse the extensive service history and spent an eternity looking at every inch of the car before arranging a test drive. The car was exactly as advertised and the communication through the whole process was as expected, excellent.
The 2 minor issues I pointed out were rectified as agreed and without question.
Cheers guys, in a world where customer service has largely been forgotten, you were a pleasure to deal with.

Went to buy an M4 from another dealer but when I arrived it wasn’t as advertised, spotted this M3 so called up on the off chance to view on my way home. When I arrived I was given plenty of time to check it over without any pressure or sales spiel. Called up a few days later after I’d decided it was the right car and collected a few days later. Both Gary and Dean were great to deal with and quick communication. Car was as advertised and I’m really happy with it.

I bought my car from CMC . Dean is a great man , good behaved to the customer and very friendly. I am completely satisfied and happy with car I bough from him . I had a great experience at CMC . I could buy my car at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. I highly recommend this dealership.

I wanted to write another reviw today 26/01/2024,but I was not allowed as per rules , so I decided to add something more about CMC company which is realy supportive . I had a communication with Dean through Whats App regarding the way I could reimbursed for my car breakdown charges from AA. Dean was really supportive in this respect to send my invoices to AA to claim them . Although AA did not cover the related charges as I expected , but dealing with this problem was much more easier when you feel that it matters for some one else (CMC) other than the main one (AA)
I am really happy with this dealership.
