I had an exceptional experience purchasing a new vehicle at Coconut Creek Hyundai. From the moment I walked in to the completion of the transaction, the process was smooth and stress-free.

I was recommended to speak with Frank Sanchez, the sales manager, and he exceeded expectations. Frank was accommodating and introduced me to Armando, my salesperson. Armando impressed me with his extensive knowledge of the Palisade and Santa Fe Hybrid, including all trim levels, packages, features, and pricing—he knew everything off the top of his head. Additionally, he was familiar with the dealership's inventory, which saved time and made the process seamless.

Throughout the process, I never felt pressured. Test-driving the vehicles was easy, and when I told Frank and Armando I needed more time to make a decision, they respected that without pushing me. The next day, both vehicles I was considering were cleaned, detailed, and parked up front for me to test drive again.

When it came time to finalize the deal, Frank Sanchez was upfront and transparent with the pricing. I had done extensive research and expected to negotiate, but Frank provided the best price upfront—it was even better than what I had anticipated. I truly appreciated his honesty and approach, which made the entire experience hassle-free.

Every step of the process was smooth, professional, and pressure-free. The entire staff was courteous and transparent. I’m thrilled with my Santa Fe Hybrid and would highly recommend Coconut Creek Hyundai, especially Frank Sanchez and Armando, for their excellent customer service.

Brandie was really excellent! A engine light appeared on my dash. I went the next morning to find out what next steps would be required. Brandy and I met in her office. We walked through the repair process after they evaluated my car. Brandy text me the updates and let me know the car was ready. Everything was very quick and professional.

Everyone is so attentive and they will work with you to find the best option. I am extremely happy because my car is having issues since 2023 and it finally fixed. Coconut Creek Hyundai made sure all mechanical issues were fixed and made sure I was involved in every step of the way. We as clients just have to be patient because they will go above and beyond to make sure you car gets back to you like new. The staff is super polite and deserve respect. Respect those that work on you car that way you get great service, because I did see some costumers being disrespectful with the dealership workers and that was not nice. There are things in the fixing car world that cost lots of money and Coconut Creek Hyundai will work with you to find the best solution as they did mine because my car was acting up and none of us knew what it was until they pulled the engine apart. It took time however is now fixed because I was patience and I’m glad I was. Thank you for all the service provided by the staff of Coconut Creek Hyundai.

Called and schedule the car for service because the horns failed. I got to the dealer and was checked in and was told to wait for Mario. I was not sure who Mario was so after a little while I asked and he told me to come into the office . He got my information while he was checking if the part was in stock. He told me parts were in stock and it would be a couple hours. Before you know it the car was ready and I came right back and picked it up. So far Mario is the first service person to give me a positive experience.

Dominique was absolutely incredible in helping me find my new car. He was so patient, caring and genuinely just wanted me to find something I was happy with. He worked tirelessly for three days to locate the exact car I wanted and with the help of another salesman, was able to find it and bring it to the location in no time. I have never had such amazing customer service and dedication. Selling my first car was something I had been dreading but the whole experience at Hyundai and working with Dominique put me to ease and made me so excited about the big change!
