I got my oil changed and tires rotated at Coconut Creek Subaru today. Prior to my appointment, I had a question about my warranty and the service advisor was very helpful on the phone.

I appreciated several things about my experience at Coconut Creek Subaru, compared to other dealerships that I have visited in the past.

1. No upsell. I did not receive any "recommendations" for services I did not need. I have had other dealerships try to pressure me into a 30,000 mile service almost 10,000 miles early.

2. Quick service. I was in and out in about an hour

3. Fair pricing. I paid around $110 for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. At other dealerships I have been quoted more than this for just an oil change, and not synthetic at that.

4. Clean, quiet comfortable waiting area. I was able to get work done the whole time I waited.

We recently picked up a 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness in geyser blue a week ago from this dealership. Our sales representative, Pedro, was enthusiastic and efficient throughout the entire purchase process. We were presented with up-front, out-the-door pricing and when it came time to complete the financial paperwork, there were no surprises. We were in and driving away in our new vehicle in just a couple hours. The negotiation process with Pedro was comfortable and stress-free. Pedro and his team certainly exceeded my expectations in a very positive way. This is our first Subaru and we are looking forward to years of adventure!

My son came today for his first time independent maintenance visit, 2015 Subaru Crosstrek. Came just to fix recall after the letter in the mail. You guys ripped him off with $300 charge for changing fresh oil to new one and cabin filter replacement. I hope you are happy with it. Merry Christmas!

Excellent experience at Coconut Creek Subaru. We were shopping for almost 2 months from West Palm Beach all the way to Miami and getting the runaround from every dealership that we interacted with. we decided to stop at Coconut Creek Subaru because they had a gray WRX and my Son was somewhat interested in, but there was one down south that had a red Subaru WRX that he wanted. Coconut creek had a premium WRX red Manuel exactly what my Son was looking for. They straight up told us this is what the payment is, the outdoor price is yada yada yada and we weren’t expecting it. all the dealerships we went too had crazy inflation on their pricing. Creek Subaru gave us a ‘here is the cost, here is the monthly, sign here’ perfect to the point, out the door pricing. Not sure why other dealerships add so much BS when they have vehicles in their lot, they consider New from 2022. Just saying that we had a very welcomed feel from a dealership, it felt like 1994 all over again.
