Conchas are fresh and tasty.
Iced White Mocha was strong, smooth and not to sweet.

The place was charming, with nice music and a clean atmosphere. Since they’re likely still in the training phase, the drinks were a bit slow, but that’s understandable.

I ordered a frappe with mazapán flavor. It was *very* sweet, but that’s on me for choosing something sugary. They might want to consider adjusting the sweetness or tweaking the recipe.

The price was reasonable—$7 for a 16oz drink.

Overall, it’s a great spot for coffee and adds another good option to the area.

Came here today to drop off a resume and got something to drink too. It was very delicious and will definitely come here again since it's not too far from my house! I got the Mocha Mexicano and I came during the evening time. It wasn't busy for the line and the staff was super friendly!!

The concha was a bit hard. And I ordered a 8oz espresso con panna to go but their was literally 3oz of coffee only inside.. this was at the new Fresno location.

It’s a really nice place with great backgrounds to take pictures in. The only thing I didn’t like was the customer service that I received from the cashier, whose name I believe was Valery. She didn’t greet me or nothing, it looked she didn’t even want to be there. She just looked annoyed overall. As a cashier she should be respectful towards customers and show a good customer service skills because it is what represents a business at the end of the day.

Jorge was really nice but what made me not want to come back is the Young lady. She was the cashier. She was so rude. I think she is the owner daughter. Customer service is a big thing in make people feel welcome. With her attitude she just lost one customer.

I only went because of the hype. I ordered the Horchata Frappe and pan dulce, while my friends got Café de Olla and a Latte. The only good thing was the concha—everything else was flavorless. The long wait wasn’t worth it. Definitely not coming back.

Social media sometimes overhypes new businesses. This one unfortunately was a big fail. The concept and decor were the only two decent things I can honestly say about this place. They share an open space with La Michoacana which is not a bad idea. We tried a simple café de olla and a mazapan latte, both were absolutely horrible, how can you make café de olla this bad? They forgot to add the mazapan into our latte and just took my wife's latte after trying several sips and added the mazapan flavoring without offering to remake it. The mini conchas and cuernitos were stale and very forgetful. Really disappointed with our experience. The prices do not reflect the quality of the product. Don't waste your time or money here.
