This dealership had sold me a 23 Chevy Colorado as new, but I later found out they had repaired the vehicle and did not disclose this information upon purchase of the truck, violating CA Vehicle code 9992. I found out because someone left an invoice from the company that made the repairs. In addition to this, there were other cosmetic issues on the vehicle that I wanted them to fix because, for obvious reasons, paying for a Z71 is not cheap. To top it off, I opted for an additional warranty that included GPS, which, to my surprise, is not installed in the Truck. I came to find out when I emailed Sandra, and Richard called saying there was an emergency and I needed to bring my truck in. This is 6 months later. Why wasn't I notified? I am to assume if I hadn't complained, they would not have looked into this issue. I continue to email this dealership about rectifying all the issues surrounding my purchase, and they tell me someone is going to call, but no one does. I don't know if they don't want to take accountability for dropping the ball or if they are buying time. I hope they can find a resolution before I find a different avenue to rectify what has happened to me. I would think twice before coming here.

First time here will be my LAST . Total waste of time and $$. I will never spend money here again. Bought a car here and the guy in finance accidentally charged my credit card $1500 and no one noticed . I had to waste time trying to get a refund. Then when I brought the car in for routine maintenance , no one made eye contact or even said a word . Usually there's a person who says "Hi can I help you? " or acknowledge you're standing g there by saying " where very busy right now , I apologize for the wait . " Finally when a guy checked me in he didn't even ask me my name . The person taking the phone appointment said the service would take about an hour . I sat there for almost 4 hours. Killed an entire day for a tire rotation. .

the staff doesnt seem to be focused and lacks attentiveness.

Nothing against religion, but also it's weird that they have a sign that says " How can we pray for you today ?" And prayer books in the waiting area . Weird place for religion . I thought that here in America we keep that a personal and private matter .

I will refer all my friends and family to Premier Chevrolet of Buena Park. They had a large variety of cars and trucks to choose from. They treated me with kid gloves. The staff is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I could not have asked for a better experience.

My experience at this dealership was great. Our salesman Jesus guided me to the perfect truck that suited my needs quickly. He pulled out several options and explained the differences between the trims and made me feel confident in my purchase. Would recommend Jesus to friends and family.

Was in and out super fast for a software update. All staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. This was my first experience with Premiere and it won’t be my last.

I set an appt on the app, and rec’d a confirmation of my appt. Unfortunately, I did not show up on the system? The manager and Jerry the service advisor, took me in and the job was finished in 2 hours for the software update, oil change and rotation of the tires!!! Awesome service and delivery! A BIG Thanks to the WHOLE team for their service on my Silverado!!!

I took my vehicle to PC of BP for its first oil change and 2 software recalls, no parts needed. Appointment scheduling overall was fairly smooth, approximately a week and 1/2 out. I arrived at 8:30am on a Wednesday morning. The staff was kind and professional through the entire visit. The lobby offered complimentary coffee and even offered a cookie to go with the coffee...made me appreciate the small pleasantries….thank you! I ended up leaving my vehicle.They offered a free shuttle service within a 10 mile radius. The paperwork said it would be ready about 6pm that same day. I asked if it could be ready prior to 3:30pm at the very latest. They said they would do their best. I never received a call that the vehicle was ready for pick up, but I stayed on top of it and called prior to ask if it was ready for pick up, said they would get back to me….no one called back. So at 3pm I called to get picked up and by the time I was picked up the vehicle was ready and waiting, as well as a quick complimentary exterior wash. My only complaint was my service tech never communicated with me on the vehicle status…I had to reach out both times to ensure my vehicle would be done on arrival. I gave them a positive review because I appreciate the effort and customer service regardless. And overall I was able to pick up my vehicle by the 3:30 deadline. Thank you and look forward to future visits.
