I bought a 2024 xpedition back in August, before the sale I noticed the roof was cracked, they were going to fix it right away, it's now late October, several phone calls. Everyone is super friendly and going to resolve the issue, then they never give a follow up call. After sales customer service is non existent.

Oct 7- roof ordered, received screenshot as proof
Oct 21- i ask for an update, roof is on back order, estimated date nov 15.
Nov 18 -i call parts and service and ask for an update, roof was never ordered.
Nov 18- i call the salesman, he said he didn't know anything about it,
Nov 18 i call the general manager, he didn't know anything about it, apologizes, orders roof. Estimated date dec 9th.
Dec 5th roof delivered to my house, thanks conlon motor sports.

Was in poking around and Daniella came over to me to see if I needed anything. I said I was just kicking tires but thanks for asking. Wasn't planning on picking anything up as I was just looking around. She said perfect let me know if I can help and offered me some coffee or water while I looked around. Needless to say I ended up buying my 2024 RZR XP Ultimate that day because of Daniella's no pressure approach and super customer service. Of course there is always something else you can get for the new toy so she introduced me to the service manager Brian. Another stellar experience there, Brian is definitely the key to the kingdom in the parts world!!!!! This man is the book of knowledge, i swear he is a walking parts book. Any question i had he could rattle it off the top of his head without looking at a computer. I think I only saw him look something up a couple of times. I would have to say this man is definitely a top nothch value added employee and your lucky to have him. Extremely pleasand and has an amazingly vast knowledge of his area of expertise. Brian has a great passion for what he does and it shows just by his knowledge of the products alone!! Always a pleasure to see Brian when I am in and always make a point of going back and saying hello even if I dont need anything. He is the reason I keep coming back to spend money there. I am sorry to hear that Daniella has since moved on and left town, big loss for you there she was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS DEALERSHIP!
I bought a brand new yamaha raptor 700r, 7months ago and my experience with this dealership (especially the part department) is terrible. I order my quad 1 month before i pick it up with an extra 3000$ dollars on part and install. The dealership was supposed to install those parts before I picked up the quad. 1 month later I showed up and they didn't even order my part yet. I drove 6h to go there. The salesman starts and revs the quad a couple of times and later on while waiting for paperwork i inspect the quad and the engine oil level was so low that nothing was showing up on the dipstick. I ask for a fluid refill. They didn't fill up any fluid but instead sold some to me at the dealership price ( ridiculous right ?)
I had to fight with them to get them to pay for the shipping fee to ship me all the extra parts I had ordered a month before. They end up agreeing on that. I'm heading home and after another 6h drive i test drive the quad and find another issue, none of the warning lights are working. I called them about it and they didn't really care because they told me they did a full inspection on the quad so It's impossible that this is happening ( i also got charged for that supposed full inspection). They were obviously lying and they cut the corner while doing that inspection because why i had almost no engine oil, no warning light working and the quad was dirty in the showroom. 2 months later i got some of those parts but not all of them, 2 are still missing. Here i am 7 MONTH LATER, I never got those 2 parts and i have called multiple times to get a refund on those 2 parts, THEY DON'T CALL BACK. i get put on hold forever and they forget I'm on the line. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I always was polite and respectful with every interaction.
I'm still waiting for a refund on those 2 parts.

Just purchased our first side by side here at Conlon Motorsports. Our salesperson Jason was amazing to deal with, very informative of the product and personable. From the first moment we walked in to the moment we drove off with our side by side, it was an incredible experience. From the vast showroom with tons of options, to the friendliness of all the staff members we had the pleasure of interacting with. Salesman’s Tim was very helpful with closing the deal and fighting for our business. We highly recommend everyone check them out for the purchase of a new outdoor toy.

HORRIBLE service, would not recommend them at all! They should be ashamed of themselves! Our bike has been in their lots since first week of July! got "fixed in sept" came home for less than 24 hours when the same problem occured. Brought it back again took 3 weeks for them to look at it. Jason keeps giving us a run around about everything knowing we have extended warrenty plus bike warrenty through the brand. Yesterday we recieved a call that the bike was fixed and ready to be picked up, to recieve a text today telling us one issue is fixed and that the battery is no longer holding charge after sitting OUTSIDE for 5 months. and a few other issues. My 5 year old could do better than they can! They are't even worth one star.

Today my husband and I went to buy new snow suits and new helmets for ourselves and were told we couldn’t buy anything today .Something about inventory . Wouldn’t even give us the time of day. Told to come back next week . Looked at like we were nothing in their store ( just back from being out in the bush) …you def lost 2-3 grand and any future service from us !

Absolutely incredible service. Peter, Scott and Courtney were all so helpful. My boyfriend and I went in with no plans of leaving with anything and we ended up with the bike he wanted and, no word of a lie, a cash back offer so I could buy a cat (which was my deal if he bought a bike). It doesn’t get much better than that. Incredible team and I would highly recommend to shop here.

Went in looking for a motorcycle to build my confidence in riding and left with a purchase on a Moto Guzzi V7. Heck, the manager even tried convincing me on getting the lower priced Kawasaki Eliminator after hearing I'm a novice rider, but after sitting on the V7 and revving it up, I knew it was the bike for me. The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable on the bikes we looked at. Highly recommend them.
