I had an amazing experience at Coventry North. I moved from a different dealership and I could see the difference in the customer care provided at the vehicle trade. Daniel took time for the pre-order, giving regular updates and setting up the delivery with Abby! Michael was amazing as well and very courteous of course. He went over all the financial details with me and made sure I got what I wanted and what i didn't want. My experience here was exceptional. My advisor went above and beyond to take care of me. He provided objective advice about my vehicle and what was best and most cost-effective way to deal with my particular issue from the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly. they already knew my name and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable while waiting for my appointment. I do not live closest dealership, but I would certainly come back and go out of my way to come back here.

Was an amazing experience getting our second Range Rover from Coventry North! We travelled 4 hours because Coventry North Landrover has the best service! A special thank you to Mark and Micheal who are always ready to help over the past 4 years! Abby was great and showed us all the ins and out for the 2024 Range Rover Sport and helped us with the paperwork! Daniel was great in getting us this beautiful car! Michel was amazing and friendly, and was our first contact with dealership as he brought us from hotel to dealership! Over all amazing!! Will be coming back soon hopefully! ? thanks to a great team!

I was about to sign a lease with another dealership but before I did, I went to my nearest Jaguar Land Rover dealership, which is Coventry North, to take one last test drive. When I walked into the dealership I was warmly greeted by Raymond Shim. We took a test drive and I decided this was the car. I was ready to sign with the other dealership. Raymond was diligent in his follow ups with me and offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. It also wasn't the colour I originally was going to order, but Raymond was right. It's a gorgeous colour. My pickup date for my new car was today, which happened to be Raymond's day off. He came in to work from a distance, knowing I was picking up the car today, to again greet me warmly and to insure everything would be just right when picking up the car. Now, that's what I call above and beyond customer service!! I absolutely love the car, and if you want to deal with someone that is dedicated and want's to insure your satisfaction, please ask for Raymond Shim. Coventry North is a beautiful dealership and Raymond can serve up some pretty decent coffee, while you wait.
