I purchased an approved used 21 plate vehicle which you'd expect to have a level of quality assurance! From this dealer, that is not the case. Their multipoint check isn't worth the quality assurance it suggests...or the paper it is written on.

Within 2 hours of picking up the vehicle it had a major issue. Could I get hold of the sales team?! Nope, it took three days to actually speak to someone from the sales team.

Call the branch and expect to speak to a call center 95% of the time. They can only request a callback, which could take up to 24hrs (in reality, they just don't call). When they call you back, expect one call only! If you miss that you have to repeat the process. Very frustrating and  ridiculous when there is an issue with a newly purchased vehicle.

They eventually took the car back to resolve the issue, they returned the car and the issue was still there with the sales rep stating "we've fixed it and tested it" "we don't know what your problem is" "we suggest you get a second opinion". Which I did and this senior tech after 2mins of driving the vehicle agreed there was an issue.

It's clear once they have your money, customer service goes right out of the window, just like your hope of getting a quality car from them.

I have rejected the car and requested a refund, as you can imagine even that was a delayed process and they initially only paid me a partial refund with no explanation.

One sales managers attitude was shocking, Very dismissive with a couldn't careless demeanor.

Avoid them at all costs!

Had a very enjoyable experience test driving a cupra formentor at lookers cupra Stockport! Was incredibly well looked after by Kashmir who we found to be very polite professional and knowledgeable about the car, he also makes a cracking cup of coffee...if your after a cupra give him a call!

The worst customer service i have ever experienced, i stood in the showroom for 30 minutes waiting too speek to a sales person about buying a formentor, there was at least 6 members of staff floating around all of them ignored me. I am 6 foot 3 and 18 stone hardly easy too miss. They served other customers that came in after me. I drove to bmw and spent 60k in less time that i waited at cupra. Avoid !!!

The customer service from Miahd was amazing. He gave me an even better offer on the car that I wanted, he was really helpful throughout the whole process. I recommend dealing with Miahd if you want to get a car from lookers at Stockport.

In the past I have not had a good experience with SEAT Stockport at all. Moving from SEAT Manchester - I feel like my concerns were never looked at seriously at SEAT Stockport. The staff dictating my car concerns were the front desk / customer service staff.
Moving on I went to Miahdul at Cupra Stockport. He was patient and understanding. He provided an excellent service and I was comfortable. These 5* are for Miahdul and his support throughout. With the reassurance that someone is still here to help and not everyone is the same. Miahdul went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and I am extremely greatful for all his hardwork.

We recently ordered a new CUPRA from Lookers Seat. We weren’t sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. We were taken care of by Christie Rayner. What a lovely. friendly and knowledgeable lady!! We were informed at regular intervals with the progress of the car.

Collected the car yesterday and what an efficient process. Such a chilled experience which Christie managed beautifully. I was shown the car and advised on all the gadgets, this was not rushed and all my queries were answered. The car is impressive and amazing to drive!!!

I highly recommend Lookers Seat, all the staff are friendly and efficient.

Went into showroom this afternoon with serious intent to look at and buy a Cupra Born V2. There were three people (I’m unable to refer to them as salespeople) hunched over computer screens to the right of the showroom, not one of whom showed the slightest interest in either myself or my wife whilst we looked round, sat in (front and back) and opened the boot of the only Born there. It may be that the only salesman (we saw him returning as we left) was out but communication is a wonderful thing and this would have been useful information for any of ‘the three’ to impart. Useless service … nice car though.
