As someone that is new to this industry, there were a lot of concerns about buying a trailer online from a company you know nothing about and giving away a good chunk of money when you hear a lot about online scams. If you are considering buying a food trailer, I want to wholeheartedly recommend Custom Trailer Pros. Throughout the whole process they answered all my questions – I had the most communication with Andrew who helped me initially with the design of the truck. Jacob and Gene communicated with me during the production of the trailer along with weekly emails that updated me throughout the production process and then sent pictures when the trailer was delivered to their facility. Finally, I picked up the trailer and met Jon who walked me through the trailer electrical and plumbing systems and answered all my questions. I came away from the experience knowing the company is more than putting out an excellent product, they care about us, the customer and want to do everything they can to see us succeed. 100% great people all around.

From the beginning of the process Custom trailer pros were very professional. They took the time to answer all our questions and concerns during the design process, so that by the time we finalized a design we were very confident that the trailer was exactly what we wanted. They helped us source special equipment and kept us informed throughout the process. They do quality work and continue to back their work even after the trailer was picked up. They have stood by their word and been transparent throughout the process. I am confident in highly recommending this company to anyone looking to have a custom trailer built. Big shout out to Gene & Jon for going above and beyond for making this dream become a reality!

Custom Trailer Pros was great from the Start to the Finish. Great communication, quick to respond with questions and the overall time to build a trailer from scratch to complete was not that long. The product is quality, and you can tell they have a team that takes pride in their work. They had to prefab some items for me, and it turned out very nice. Every person has a task through the various phases, and each did an awesome job at it. Would highly recommend them.

This company is amazing. They supply you with the best trailers and top notch equipment. I am all about fit and finish so I drove from Illinois to Tennessee and meet with Jon and he was awesome he spent time with me and answered all my questions and I knew then they would build my business!
Their sales team are so great be fore and after sales they want you to succeed. If you are looking fort any kind of custom trailer you will never find a better company to work with.

Custom Trailer Pros was so great! We bought our very first food truck and they made the process so great from start to finish. Sharing photos as they went. Picking up the finished product was the best and everyone was so nice! HIGHLY recommend!
