Super nice dealership to work with. Sized up our needs quickly, price negotiation was painless and not drawn out, and continue to be very helpful after the sale while we figure out all the bells and whistles in this new vehicle. Sales person was new, but very nice, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable for the length of time he had been on the job. If he didn't know something there was a quick response and help from another team member. Love to see that kind of work place environment.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dale Willey's collision repair department, and I wanted to share my positive experience, particularly with Dave Urban. When my husband and I hit a deer on New Year's Eve 2023 on the way to Lawrence for dinner, I was worried about finding a reliable body shop to repair my Jeep Grand Cherokee. However, after my husband strongly suggested Dale Willey after being employed there for nearly 15 years, I decided to trust him and give them a try. He said that Dave and Nick's crew were the best of the best in the business. I'm so glad I trusted his advise.

Nick was the first person I spoke to when I arrived at Dale Willey's Collision Repair Center. He immediately started the estimation process, communicated with my insurance company, and kept me updated throughout the repair process.

Although it took about three weeks to finish repairs (due to delays in receiving parts during a lousy weather snap), my Jeep was returned to me looking like it had rolled off the factory line. Dave Urban, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one.

When it came time to pick up my Jeep, my husband and I were running late due to traffic and a long wait at Enterprise in Olathe to return my rental car. We arrived at Dale Willey about 10 minutes after their closing time (5:30) and were initially told that we couldn't pick up the Jeep until the next day. However, Dave Urban showed exceptional kindness and generosity by changing his mind and staying late to help us out. He walked back to the shop from the employee parking lot (a bit of a stroll) to assist us, even though he was off the clock and ready to head home for the day.

I was elated and deeply grateful for Dave's help, and my tears of frustration turned to tears of joy. His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer he barely knew left a lasting impression on me. He truly embodies the spirit of outstanding customer service and is a credit to Dale Willey's Collision Repair Center.

I also want to give high praise to Nick and Dave's crew of body shop technicians for impeccably completing over $10,000 worth of repairs to my Jeep. Their dedication and attention to detail truly impressed me, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the quality of the repairs. The professionalism of the entire team at Dale Willey's Collision Repair Center is commendable, and I will be recommending their services to anyone in need of body repairs.

In conclusion, I believe that it's essential to take the time to offer praise for a job well done when it's warranted. Too often, we only hear negative reviews, and positive experiences can go unrecognized. I hope that Dave, Nick, and the rest of the team at Dale Willey's know how much their hard work and dedication are appreciated. I am very displeased with the service me and my girlfriend received this past Friday night. I went in to look at a 4 door version of the same truck I own after seeing it posted all over social media saying it was ready to go cold air and new tires etc. well that wasn’t the case the truck was blowing 98 degree air and no ac in July. Next I had them appraise my current truck shown on the left same mileage 1 year difference and just an exstended cab. Montey seemed annoyed to even do this but then comes back to me saying it’s worth 4k with no lights on the dash and the truck he’s selling is worth 17,500 with no AC and lights on the dash. I then told him that I would like a competitive price to the same truck in Wichita that had 4WD since his had 2WD and he proceeded to tell me that makes no difference in the trucks value andto drive to Wichita and buy that truck. He then asked for my offer I told him 14k cash and he said he will not negotiate on a used truck. I told him I would like my keys back and was ready to leave and he proceededs to chase after me and my girlfriend as we leave. Sad thing was he couldn’t even remember our names to yell at us. I will be taking my business to a true GM family dealership. This dealership is a disgrace to the GM family and the management needs to change. Second bad experience with this dealer beware.

Update: the General Manager called and stood behind Monty behavior. The General manager was under the perception there was a deal to be made still and that’s all he seemed to care about. I can’t believe this place is still in business. After reading many concerning reviews it seems that all they do is just clear the codes on the used car and park it on the lot and then when the lights all come back on 20 miles down the road it’s the customers fault not a very fair honest business model to me.

Took our blazer in for service on a weird noise. Under warranty Was diagnosed with a bad exhaust pipe. Had to pay 700 dollars cause warranty wouldn’t cover it. Still had the same noise. Took back in. Coming to find out it was a loose bracket which gm had a sevice bulletin on. Granted the blazer has been in their shop over a half dozen times to get fixed and they couldn’t ever find the problem Been a gm owner and had multiple gm cars and truck. Never again. Thanks dale willey and merry Christmas with the 700 bucks you scam. The service advisor Heather was absolutely no help

When I arrived they came right out to see what I needed. The service man was friendly and helpful in deciding what to do. Everyone in the office was friendly and even gave my dog a treat. The man that gave me a ride home was talkative and made the ride pleasant. The work was completed quickly. Glad I took it to the dealer.
