I purchased our Robalo 222 from Dealer's Choice Marine about 4 months ago and just finished up our first 20 hour service. (More like 40+ hours as we have been using our new boat A LOT!!!) We found our boat at the Orlando Boat Show and fell in love with Robalo's look and class. I am VERY HAPPY with this boat and how the dealer worked with us. Just Wrey was our sales rep and did a great job working with us on all the options and choices. Justin Wrey and his team are professionals and very easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend using these guys. The only real issues we had was with the delays on getting the boat manufactured and delivered. It took a few weeks longer than anticipated but that really wasn't the dealer's issue. Check out some of the photos here. We had a custom T Top installed that is collapsable so we can store it high and tight under a covered boat dock in Tarpon Springs, FL area. I purchased a Robalo at the dealers Choice Marine in Orlando in 2014.
After many times taking the boat for service and maintenance, they failed to do so. I believe that they never had the motor checked and service. They were charging me for maintenance service, but the service wasn't done properly. I ended up trading in the Robalo for a new Key West Boat. I have pictures and a verbal statement from the mechanic at the Key West Boat that the motor on the Robalo was damaged due to a breakdown of maintenance. I spent approximately $10,000 on repairs.

As Ive recently had a warranty issue with my Robalo not bought in Florida, I decided to read some reviews on Dealers choice Marine. Lisa took my call and resolved my issue 100%. Im thinking if I had to refer anyone to a Robalo dealer it would be here just based on how my concern was handled.

Justin miller was my point of contact he was fantastic, my boat was damaged by hurricane Ian!! Justin and his team were amazing i bought my boat from him four years ago with zero problems. He organized getting my boat trailered from Naples to his place in Orlando, the turn around time for getting all my work done was really quick in fact he was way ahead of what i thought it would be. Great service after the sale. My battery charger failed after 2 years and was still covered by the manufacturer warranty. Justin allowed me to bring in the old unit and swapped it for one he had in stock so I didn't have to deal with the warranty replacement. Back on the water the next day, great job!

I stopped in to look at a new boat and was greeted by Tom. After being shown a few different models we decided to take a test ride on the Robalo 246. Tom and his team are top-notch. Although we chose a different boat in the end, this dealership treated us well. If you are looking for a good deal on a Robalo give Dealer's Choice Marine a call and ask for Tom.
