I have had a terrible experience with the Diffee Service department twice and will not be taking any vehicle back to them or recommend them to family or friends. I called about getting my son's Mustang in for a check engine light. I told them to go ahead and change the oil while it's there. I dropped it off early morning and they called me in the afternoon and said it was done. I arrived and they told me they couldn't get to the check engine light, but the oil change was complete. I was frustrated as the check engine light was the priority. Even frustrated, I called and made another appointment just for the check engine light. I dropped the car off early morning hoping they could make some progress on it etc. As I had to rearrange my day so that everyone in my family would have a vehicle to drive to work/school etc. I had not received any update from them, so i called to check in at 4pm, at which point they couldn't find me in the system and wasn't sure where my vehicle was. Then when they found it, they explained they were not going to be able to get to it that day. So, yet another full day wasted trying to get something looked at. Needless to say, what's the point in making an appointment when you don't input me or my vehicle in the system, and why are you taking appointments if your team i covered up. I received no apology; I explained it was the second attempt to get my vehicle fixed and that I would be coming to pick it up immediately.
