Total breath of fresh air dealing with Tom and his team at Driving Force in West Edmonton. After seeing several dealerships over the weekend and seeing all kinds of scams and lies, the guys at Driving Force were straight forward and helpful. They offered fair solutions to the issues we came across and worked fast to have us back on the road in something new. Tom spent time making paper airplanes with my daughter while we worked out a deal and we walked away with a beautiful new family car thanks to his help. I rent from Driving Force quite often over a yearly basis. However every time I go to pick a vehicle up their process is very long and arduous. They know I am coming, the reservation is made. But the vehicle is never ready and I have to wait 45 min for them to complete their inspection.

Why can this not be done prior to my arrival? Even the paperwork is not generated when I get there. I rent a lot of vehicles in my travels, I never have to wait that long.
