Clean well managed station under SECR. Has 9 retiring rooms, two of which are air conditioned. Had a pleasant stay at the AC retiring room. Connectivity to the city needs to improve.

Very clean station and having good management system. Reservation counters are always ready for ticket booking and booking charges also normal no extra charges taken. Waiting room for all classes available with proper arrangements. 1Ac,2 Ac & 3Ac veru clean waiting rooms. All types of Fooding system available. 24 hours at station there is 5 platforms for train comings & goings you can go west, east, north & south anywhere from here. Currently two vande bharat trains are going from here. & 1 is depart from durg station to Vishakapatnam junction.

A very clean and well-maintained railway station and it serves durg city, bhilai and other adjoining areas.

Durg railway station is a part of South east Central railways and one of the largest railways stations in terms of its network.

It is also one of the prominent and important station howarh-Nagpur Mumbai line.

I don't have a more photograph of this railways station. I click randomly and made one video only.It was amazing experience to stay 1 night at durg Retiring Room. All the facilities were awesome but just need to pay attention towards washroom of retiring room. It has western washroom but, there was no jet spray/water spray in toilets. Rest everything was good. Cleanliness too was there & everyone's behaviour was so nice & all have helpful nature. Thanks for providing better service. Enjoyed the stay. I got a chance to catch train from here. I was waiting in 1st class waiting room on second floor. A lady came for entry once I registered of entry she asked 20 rupees and she was calculating the money, how long u will have to stay in that hall as per train time and your entry time and not from me only, was asking with everybody.
I didn’t pay her, I said to give a receipt then only I’ll pay BTW Management should look on it. छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के दुर्ग जिले में स्थित एक प्रमुख रेलवे स्टेशन है। साफ-सफाई ठीक ठाक है। लगभग सभी छोटे बड़े ट्रेन का स्टापेज रहता है। आसपास जरूरत की सभी चीजें उचित कीमत पर उपलब्ध हो जाते हैं। यहाँ के आसपास अनेक छोटे बड़े स्टेशन हैं, जहाँ के लिए आवश्यकतानुसार सभी प्रकार के परिवहन की सुविधा उचित कीमत पर आसानी हसे उपलब्ध हो जाती है।

Most busiest station after Raipur and Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh. All standard facilities available which station needs. Ramp, Lift, escalator, 3 foot bridges, restaurant, retiring room, toilets, stalls at each plateforms, sufficient parking space for car and bikes.

Overall it is a A grade station by Railway.
