I have enjoyed working with EuroSport Cycle and purchased two bikes from them (so far). The customer service is great, and as a novice rider, I don't feel overwhelmed when asking for advice or information.  They've serviced my Bonneville and Speed 400 and always take excellent care of my bikes.
I would definitely recommend them not just for purchases but for any maintenance you need.
Friendly, professional,  knowledgeable,  and personable staff make going to EuroSport an easy choice.
The shop dog is an added bonus that makes every trip there a joy. Happy riding!

I've been riding motorcycles for about 20 years now and I've dealt with many amazing motorcycle shops but this shop is the closest you can get to being taken care of by family. I have been tangled up with the Ducati warranty people for several months now. Eurosport Cycle has been on my side the whole time! Dealing with Ever Red has been a nightmare. Dealing with Eurosport Cycle has been AMAZING!!! Tony really helped me out and even loaned me a motorcycle for a week to help get me over the hump. I can't recommend this shop enough!!!

This is a long-lived shop run by the same owners for more than 30 years. In the times of national, corporate-run bike shops, this is a great place to be known.

Their complete line of Triumphs, Ducatis, and Zeros makes for a great shopping experience. With no high pressure sales force, it's nice to browse and chat with knowledgeable riders.

The service department has trained, certified mechanics on staff. Appointments make the service quick and easy.

In addition, the shop organizes various rides for all levels of riders.

I left a review for Eurosport Cycle in the past when I heard about a track day they were putting on. At the time, I had only just learned about them and hadn't used them for their service or bought a bike from them. Since then I've visited the store a few times and attended both a track day and one of their "classes" about touring on a motorcycle. I really cannot say enough good things about this place and the folks here. They are friendly, knowledgable, and approachable. They also do a lot with the community ranging from group rides to scavenger hunts to track days and other things. They're also happy to just talk motorcycles or bounce ideas off of.

I still haven't needed them to work on my bike yet, but I did buy a bike from them yesterday and it was a very pleasant, low-keyed, relaxed experience. None of low-balling your trade, haggling, twisting arms, or sleezy stuff we've come to expect when buying a vehicle. Raleigh had already given me an extremely competitive quote for my trade a month and a half ago so when the new bike arrived, it was as easy as walking up to a counter with something you to buy, handing the cashier your money, and leaving. From start to being able to ride off, it was about 20 minutes, maybe 30. I was kinda in a fog with how easy it was.

I could go on about how Raleigh didn't mind me asking if he'd heard when the new bike was coming or him calling me when he had information or him being happy to take pictures of the bike still in the crate when it arrived and so forth. But, sufficed to say, if you're in the market for a bike, you definitely need to pay them a visit. I really think you'll be happy you did!

A couple days ago I heard about a Track Day put on by this shop and since I was looking for an excuse to ride my bike yesterday, I decided to head over from Dallas.

I ended up meeting Tony and really enjoyed talking with him for quite some time - talking bikes, learned about the track day, and all the other events they put on.

While I can't speak to what it's like to buy a bike or get a bike worked on, I can say in the short time I was there, I got the feeling this would be a shop I would enjoy visiting and using. And, I do think the buying/maintenance experience would be a good one.

Took my bike in for a nearly $1000 tune up look around and check up since it was having trouble starting. Still occurred after. So I sold it to someone out of state. They have it for a day and say it just needed a new fuel filter. After this place having it for longer than necessary and the amount of money put in and they could figure out it was a fuel filter…I think it was driven less than 10 miles from this place and around the block here before it was sold.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I was quoted a price for a diagnosis over the phone, but when I picked up my bike, the bill was twice the amount I was originally told. They didn’t provide any new information about my bike, meaning no actual diagnosis was made. When I questioned the manager about the lack of diagnostic information, he responded with, "There are no absolutes in life."

I shouldn't have to pay for a diagnosis that didn’t happen and for labor that wasn’t performed. When I disputed the bill, they even threatened to put a mechanic’s lien on my bike. Essentially, I was forced to pay for them to admit they didn’t know what the problem was or how to fix it.
