I visited this dealership and after deciding on a car, the manager assured me that the vehicle was in good working condition. I purchased the car in January and, a week later, several warning lights turned on. Now, in April, the car began smoking from underneath and got noisy. I took it in for service, and was told that the vehicle needed repairs totaling nearly $1,500.00. I returned to the dealership, and the best suggestion I received from the salesman was to trade it in for another car at another dealership. I feel deceived and scammed due to their dishonesty about the vehicle's condition, and I strongly suggest you steer away from this dealership unless you want to lose money.

As a first time buyer let me say that this was such a smooth and easy going transaction. This was one of many dealerships I stopped at but the only one that made me feel comfortable. Ruben was so helpful and transparent about everything and helped get me a lower purchase price on my Lexus. I cannot recommend this place enough for those looking to buy a preowned vehicle. Extremely helpful and polite staff that don’t try to oversell you.

I spoke with someone on the phone to see if the Lexus was still available and they were super nice, gave me all the information I needed and we set up an appointment to come take a look at the car. When I showed up, I was happily surprised to see that the used car dealership was clean and the staff was inviting. I came to find that the Lexus was just as described on the phone as a true gem! No hassle and I left with a great car and an even better deal! I most definitely recommended Fercen Auto for anyone looking for their next dream car!

I got this car from them 3 days ago and the light on the dash came on the next day I took it in to a shop and they said that the fuel injector are bad and I should not drive this car at all so I feel like I’ve been scammed when I got the car I was told this is a good running car and it’s not I don’t not think people should waste they money with them they don’t even deserve a star at all

The experience at this dealership is second to none! From the time I walked in to the time I left, I never felt any pressure from my salesperson at all, I was totally comfortable, and was confident that I was getting a great deal on my new Beetle. I purchased a Toyota at his Los Angeles dealership . I bought it in California about a year before I moved out to Hawaii . I have had no problems at all with my car . Runs great tires lasted me forever and only have to do routine oil changes . The costumer service was great and the owner was very patient and helpful .

Super friendly staff. I'm very impressed and pleased with this place. I looked a lot at the competitors and I'm the most impressed by this company. I just bought a 2014 Mercedes and it was actually a pleasant experience. I'm going to always come back here for my family.
