Recently bought a used Arona FR. I'm always wary of car dealerships but Fife Seat is refreshingly different.
We were cared for by Robbie who was very friendly and helpful....and cheery, no pressure selling, just honest, attentive and happy to help. We were handed the keys and allowed to test drive by ourselves .... no rep hanging over my shoulder.
The car is in excellent condition and comes with 2 years warranty and other benefits. Highly recommend Fife Seat a great company to deal with.

We just purchased a Cupra Born via Mark at Fife Seat, having visited two other dealerships in Central Scotland and receiving sub standard Customer Experience; It was the polar opposite dealing with Mark. We had the best car purchase experience of my life.

My car had its first service after a year of ownership. Friendly staff and professional service. Their health checks flagged up an issue with my side skirts which I was otherwise unaware of which has hopefully saved me an expensive bill if they were to come off. Will contact dealer who fitted them to resolve.

Chose this dealer over my local Arnold Clark due to recommendations on a SEAT forum.

Worst garage I have ever had the experience in. Owner doesn't have a complaints procedure to voice a complaint. Then bans me from coming in to buy a new car.
Avoid the hassle and go somewhere else.
DONT BUY FROM HERE GO TO ANOTHER DEALER.
