Decent sales experience, but unprofessional service. From day one I've had issues with cleanliness in my new 2023 Rogue from service appointments. I keep it like new inside and out but it always gets returned to me with oil smears on interior surfaces...steering wheel, console, seat and unfortunately the gray fabric door panel which is very difficult to clean. Not sure why this keeps happening, particularly when I ask at service check-in for them to be more careful. I have two Honda vehicles that are dealer serviced and do not have these problems at that location. Getting tired of spending my own time and supplies cleaning the interior when I get home, shouldn't happen in the first place.
